landscape architecture: the art of arranging or modifying the features of a landscape, an urban area, etc., for aesthetic or practical reasons. Landscape architects analyze, plan, design, manage, and nurture the natural and built environments. Who We Are
Clutterbuk Studio is one of the preeminent landscape architecture studios in the EMEA region. The studio has been at the forefront of high rise

residential landscape and garden design for more than a decade, thanks to the tremendous effort landscape architect Elli Georgiou Clutterbuk makes on behalf of each of her clients: she is known throughout the industry for her creativity, her honesty and her integrity. The daughter of a professional horticulturalist, Elli was raised with a deep love for plants and horticulture and ultimately earned a Master of Landscape Architecture (MLA) at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. She has a passion for landscape architecture, and for the plants and materials she uses to bring her creative, innovative designs to fruition. This passion is reflected in every Clutterbuk Studio project, in every “garden, place and space.”

What We Do
At Clutterbuk, we believe in designing outdoor spaces that foster learning, prosperity and well-being. When we “create” an outdoor space, we find what’s already present in the soil, the way a great sculptor finds what’s already present, what’s exquisite, what’s waiting to be discovered in a beautiful block of marble. We let the raw materials of our work, the soil and the sun, the endemic plants themselves, guide our design ideas and bring them to life. We listen to the natural environment, so we can enable a space to open and blossom; once that space blossoms, we help bring it to its fullest potential. We are committed to sustainability and to creative design that complements and supports the built environment. Our Mission
• Create unique landscapes that are aesthetically pleasing, fiscally feasible and environmentally responsible, on time and within realistic budgets.
• Satisfy our clients by completing projects that bring a new, naturally-beautiful place to their lives and to the lives of their customers, patrons and end-users.
• Give the best, most professional effort on behalf of our clients, and to do so with creativity, honesty and integrity.
• Maintain the utmost respect for the natural environment and for the people who love nature in every city in which we implement our designs.

Before anything else, we talk to our clients, and we listen carefully. We want to get to know you, to find out what you like and what you love, what you need, how you envision the space taking shape, what your budget is, and what your ultimate goals are for the project – to this end we provide you with a comprehensive questionnaire. We visit the site, and inspect and examine it; we take photographs and field your questions. We then put together a proposal, which we sit down and discuss with you in detail. Once we have agreed on the direction of the project, your budget and a timeframe, we prepare a preliminary plan: once you approve this plan, we get to work. We create a master plan for the space, a list of all plants and materials, and cost estimate: after your review and approval of these three documents, we implement our design and take the project through to completion.

1. Take client to visit extant projects and/or provide photos for review.
3. Provide the client with a questionnaire.
5. Review questionnaire and begin building project folder.
6. Provide initial proposal to client.
7. Discuss direction, budget and duration of project; agree on fees.
8. Provide preliminary plan to client.
10. Present master plan, list of all plants and materials and cost estimate.
