Responsibilities
Assist in the ex*****on and completion of audit engagements in accordance with IFRS and IASs with minimum supervision.
Request and review information submitted by clients, and ensure proper documentation of engagements in accordance with professional and company standards.
Preparation of clients’ tax returns and tax computations
Perform other company-related duties and support junior staff as required or assigned.

Requirements
University degree.
Qualified as ACA/ACCA.
Professional experience in the audit field.
Strong willingness to learn, develop, and maintain the highest technical and professional standards.
Strong critical and analytical skills with great attention to detail
Ability to work effectively both autonomously but also as part of a team.
Ability to perform successfully under pressure and deadlines.
Excellent computer skills.
Excellent command of the written and spoken Greek and English languages.

Remuneration
An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, based on qualifications and experience, including:
Pension fund (5% company contribution).
Early Friday finish.
Hybrid working arrangements with up to 3 days of remote work per week.

Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Accountant at SPGM Limited, located in Aglantzia. The Accountant will be responsible for:
• Recording all transactions incurred by the entity and maintaining a computerized detailed ledger.
• Preparing periodical reports for management purposes.
• General ledger and annual financial statements preparation
• Preparing debtors ageing analysis and periodical statements.
• Bank reconciliation with the monthly bank statements
• Reconciliation of creditors balances with the creditors statements of account
• Responsible for payroll preparation
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns and VIES from the accounting records

Qualifications
• Degree in accounting
• 4 years experience in accounting and understanding of financial processes
• Knowledge of E-Soft accounting software
• Familiar with Cyprus and EU VAT regulations
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
• Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills are also essential

We are seeking a motivated Office Administrator Assistant to manage office operations and provide support to the management.

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office activities (answer and redirect calls, greet visitors, prepare meeting rooms, etc.) and provide general administrative support.
• Order office supplies and managing office expenditures.
• Prepare contracts and letters to clients, banks or other institutions including sending the courier when needed.
• Issue invoices and receipts including maintaining and sending records to the accountant of the company.
• Communicate with Public Services (Tax Department, Social Insurance, Registrar of Companies, etc.)
• Provide assistance to all employees and management.
• Maintain high level of quality assurance
• Ability to use technology as a mean of organizing daily workflow
• Perform other ad-hoc duties according to the needs of the team

Requirements:
• University Graduate
• Excellent command of the English and Greek languages
• Previous experience in administrative positions will be considered advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Collaborate with team spirit
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with office equipment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
