PORTO MARICCIO RESORT, ISTRIA / CROATIA
We have canceled all our project activities.

After many years working on the Porto Mariccio golf resort development on the west coast of the Istrian peninsula in Croatia we had to finally give up all activities due to contractual differences with the present owner and all our invoices are still pending.
In cooperation with Golf & Land Design, we were in charge of bringing in themes for the golf resort on the beach, design and marketing aspects for the 9-hole Academy Course as well as conceptual ideas for phase 2 of the development, an 18-hole tournament quality golf development.
We very much regret canceling our work on this development.

ERKY-consult is preparing to move its place of business to a new location in Geroskipou just east of Paphos. We are looking forward very much to focusing our business activities in this new location

NEW PROJECT FINANCING PARTNER

ERKY-consult is cooperating with a new financing partner in Switzerland, who gives us a chance to get some of our resort projects and investments started. We plan on kicking off 1 resort development in the Mediterranean as well as a mining operation in Africa.

PROJECT CONSULTING AND FINANCING, AUSTRIA

We currently finalizing project themes and design structures for a 60-unit housing development on a lake in Austria, which will lead this unique project to the realization phase within the next few months.
A real gem of a project coming up in the Austrian wine and spa region, close to golf and sports facilities, a unique development right on a beautiful lake, all units with their own beach and lake access.
We will keep you informed by frequent updates - stay tuned.
