This apartment did not get the memo.

I’m bringing a 3-room apartment in 13407 Reinickendorf to the market for €340,000. That is approximately €4,956 per m².

Before you talk numbers, find out what’s really going on.

Why are they selling?
Do they need a fast handover?
Did another buyer already walk away?
Is there real pressure?
Or are they just waiting for someone to overpay?

That’s where the negotiation starts.

Not with the price.
With the situation.

Because sometimes the problem is not the price.

Sometimes it’s time.
Sometimes it’s certainty.
Sometimes it’s trust.
Sometimes the seller just wants the cleanest buyer in the room.
