Baby Yoga 1 : 11:00-12:15
Up to 12 weeks to 9 months

Baby Yoga 2 : afternoon(around 14:00-15:00)
Up to 9 mothers to 18 months

Thank you for coming to my first Baby Yoga class today!
I met 9 mothers and 9 babies at the class.
Wir haben viel Spaß!😊👶🧘‍♀️☀️

Next week it will be a bit bigger than today😆

Ausbildung vom Baby Yoga Level 2 in Hamburg
I’ve done all of course for Baby yoga instructor! From today I am a Baby Yoga teacher at Birthlight 👶
I’ll be able to teach this from 12 weeks to 18 months old baby. I’m the first instructor to offer the class in Berlin from Birthlight. Maybe I am the only Japanese instructor from Birthlight.
It was great to meet Bryony who told me level 1 course in Dublin again and have a great moment together! There are a lot of to learn.
I have confidence and am ready for my first baby yoga class from next week!

バンベルクにてBirthlight のベビーヨガインストラクターレベル2のコースを受講し、前回のレポートもまとめ終わり遂にBirthlight のベビーヨガインストラクターになりました。ベルリンでBirthlight のベビーヨガクラスを開くのは私が初めてかもしれません。たぶん、日本人では初のインストラクターかと思います。日本にはまだBirthlight が広まってません。いつか自分が先生となり、日本でも講習ができるようになったらいいなと思っていますが、しばらくはドイツで生活するのでここで経験を積んでいこうと思います！
講習は来週から新しく始まるベビーヨガのクラスの準備や心構えによい機会となりました。ダブリンでも教えてもらった先生に会い、さらに自信も与えていただきました。
ベビーヨガクラスは生後12週から18ヶ月の赤ちゃんとママさん(パパさんでも構いません)が対象になります。ご興味ある方はぜひご連絡ください。

There is the Education Conference in Madrid in October! Unfortunately I can not make it, I hope I will make to go the conference for my education in a few years👶
I’ve got a great opportunity to meet a person who are same professional. I look forward to seeing her and what can we do together for moms, babies and dads.

遅くなりましたが…
日本では助産師としてベビーマッサージを教えていましたが、世界的な資格を取得するため
2017年ダブリンにて国際インファントマッサージ協会のベビーマッサージインストラクターの資格を取得しました。
2018年もダブリンにて、Birthlight のベビーヨガレベル1コースを受講してきました。

I was a midwife in Japan and used to teach baby massage. For my development I became a certified instructor of International association of infant massage in 2017.

I attended Baby yoga level 1 course of Birthlight in 2018.
