Understand Before You Sign!
Do Understand the Notary’s Role
A notary ensures the transaction is legally binding and will explain the finer details of the contract i.e. what you need to do and when. However, to avoid misunderstandings, bring have an interpreter with you.

Do Ask Questions Without Hesitation
If something is unclear, pause and ask for clarification during the notarisation. A certified interpreter ensures nothing gets lost in translation.

Am 5. November 2024 präsentierte ich mich als Business English Coach beim 20. Internationalen Redner-Slam in den Hermann Scherer Studios in Mastershausen (Hunsrück). Mein gewähltes Thema: Small Talk – Wie man ein positives Gespräch beginnt und es zu einem angenehmen Erlebnis macht. An der Veranstaltung nahmen 146 Redner aus 18 Ländern teil; sie wurde per Live-Stream auf YouTube übertragen. Eine lange Warteliste zeugte vom enormen Interesse an diesem international renommierten Rednerwettbewerb. Jeder Redner hatte 4 Minuten Zeit, um das Publikum von seinem Thema zu überzeugen. Meine Botschaft „Mach das Beste aus Smalltalk“ schien das Publikum zu überzeugen und wurde mit großem Applaus aufgenommen. Würde ich wieder an einem solchen Event teilnehmen? Jederzeit!

On 5 November 2024 I presented myself as a Business English Coach at the 20th International Speaker Slam staged at Hermann Scherer Studios in Mastershausen, Germany. My chosen subject: Small Talk – How to start a positive conversation and make it an enjoyable experience. The event hosted 146 speakers from 18 countries and was broadcast via Live-Stream on YouTube. A long waiting list proved the enormous interest in this international renowned competition of speakers. Each was granted 4 minutes to persuade the audience of their theme. My message „Make the most of small talk“ seemed to convince the audience was met with great applause. Would I go on such a state again? Any time!
