Under the initiative led by Professor Holger Lieberwirth from the Institute of Processing Machines and Recycling Systems Technology at TUBAF | Fakultät für Maschinenbau, Verfahrens- und Energietechnik, this partnership not only enhances educational opportunities but also addresses the skilled worker shortage by creating direct pathways to employment. This flexible program permits students and companies to tailor agreements on working hours and salaries, ensuring a custom fit that benefits all. This strategic partnership bridges academic knowledge with practical application, enabling students to complete hands-on degree courses.
