The challenging times that we are facing at the moment have shown us once more how important it is that biomedical research results generated at universities and hospitals are turned quickly into safe treatments, vaccines and diagnostics for patients. While Germany has a long tradition of excellent basic research in this field the transfer of knowledge to pharma and diagnostics companies and start-ups is not very efficient, compared to other countries such as the US or China.

The German Biotechnology Industry Association BIO Deutschland has thus published a mission statement for technology transfer in Germany with specific recommendations on the principles according to which technology transfer at research institutions can be efficiently managed and developed. With many years of experience in the field of biotechnology and technology transfer innos is more than proud to have contributed to the mission statement from its creation to its publication.

In these uncertain times - with questions to which we still have no answers, the most important thing is to stand together. Together with our clients, partners, customers and colleagues we are facing major challenges for which there are no blueprints. We must break new ground and stand together as a team, more than ever before. We are confident that we will grow through this crisis. The team spirit and the commitment of everyone at innos is a great basis for this!

We are not waiting for the storm to pass, we are learning to dance in the rain!

Daily life in many places around the world has been suspended in order to slow down the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and protect the most vulnerable people in our societies. We strongly believe that we have to do our part as well.

innos fully assumes its responsibility towards employees, friends, families and customers as well as toward the society by taking appropriate precautions. Our complete staff has been working from home since the beginning of this week.

As we have been working digitally with national and international customers for a long time, we can pursue our business operations without any restrictions and keep our employees at home. We are convinced that we will master this extraordinary situation together with you.

We will benefit from her expertise, her innovative ideas and more than 10 years experience in organizing and managing international events. She is passionate about dancing, traveling and bringing our events to the next level. This is a great mix for innos and we are looking forward to rock our events with her.
