🎨 l e a v e y o u r comfort zone & F I N D M A G I C 🎨

When it comes to photography, it's so much easier for me to find inspiration when traveling & so much more difficult to motivate myself to explore places close to my home. That's why I challenge myself on a regular basis to leave home & explore the landscape close by.
This time I went to Hohenschwangau & nature rewarded my efforts with some beautiful light.

..not the typical Valensole building to be found in a photo, but I find going with the light & finding new compositions in key when it comes to experimenting with your camera.

I love how the sunset light lit up the lavender field & the old factory behind. How do you feel about it?

🎨 s e r e n i t y 🎨
..from the small villages to the endless fields, photographing in the Provence never disappoints. I took these photos on my second week in the Provence and it was the only time I met another photographer in the fields. Yes, the only time!

It was the first week of July and while the sunset was epic that evening, what I was really excited about was the lavender field next to the place I was standing to photograph the sunset which finally was in full bloom.

Enjoying the smell of fresh lavender 💜 while photographing the sunset was epic!!!
