A group of people who may not know much about wine when they arrive, trying new wines, sharing opinions, learning a few things, and usually leaving with a new favourite bottle.
Some events look like this: a seated tasting where everyone tastes the same wines together, learns how to identify acidity, tannins, body, and flavour profiles, and discovers what they actually enjoy drinking.
Others are larger, more social experiences with plenty of opportunities to network, meet new people, and connect over a glass of wine.
