An Indian by birth Sonali moved to Germany from Bombay in 2007. Sonali is a seasoned Human Resources professional with experience working at some of the worlds leading MNCs in Europe and Asia . In her 8 years of experience as HR professional she has worked closely with various cultures and specialized in country specific HR practices (India, Germany, Switzerland,Netherlands, Sweden etc)

Viara is Bulgarian-German – moved to Germany at high school age and has been now living in Munich for more than three decades. By profession Viara is an Intercultural Trainer, Coach and Consultant who has a solid 7 yrs. corporate background in IT consulting as an IT trainer (CRM) and Intercultural Trainer having delivered trainings internationally and worked in 9 countries. Sonali and Viara joined hands in early 2014 because they found common synergies in their business, dreams and values.
