All the materials used to create the painting, are locally produced in Denmark and hand made by an artist. The moss is preserved with materials used in the food industry, making the product perfectly safe to be placed indoors. Furthermore the paintings have very good acoustic properties and some air filtration characteristics, while it requires no maintenance
