Throwback Thursday & appreciation post for my brother COACH KALLON ⚜️ Taking us back to my first Men’s Double Pro race at HYROX Poland was an experience I will never forget.

Time, pacing, station shift and all other tactics around racing meant nothing back then. We had one plan and that was to go as hard as we possible could together while having fun 🦾

The years have gone by and the sport has now evolved into something else, which is fine… But I am glad and proud to have been a part of the first movers that wanted to accept a physical challenge alongside their brothers.

Less is more ⚜️ As my training for the 26/27 season of HYROX Nordic begins I wanted to share a little BTS of how one of my strength sessions looks like in Oxygym | Health & Community Turn up the volume and you will be surprised of the 🎼 being played in the background 😉

2 Exercises (Shoulders & Back)
- 5 Sets of 5 repetitions

Follow by a core session focused on rotation and breathing

7 Exercises of 1 min each for 2 rounds (The one you see is a rotation movement mixed with slams, still need a name for it)

And that is it…

Total time was around 75min, not to short, not to long. Every repetition is done with a focus on quality of movement, force through my feet, rotation patterns and breathing.

I know this works, because I have been sticking to my protocol for 4 years now and keep seeing improvements.

Final notice, I might release the framework for the CPH this year as I am now confident in coaching this setup.
