This February we’ve introduced several powerful updates to help you work smarter, reduce manual input, and gain deeper insights into platform usage.

▪️Personal Placeholders – Say goodbye to repetitive data entry! Save your details (like name, role, and email) so they’re automatically filled in whenever you download a file.

▪️Team-Level Insights – Filter platform statistics by team(s) across all tabs, making it easier to track asset usage and user activity within specific teams.

▪️Automated Image Cropping – Replacing images just got faster! We’ve introduced automated cropping to keep your layout clean and consistent with minimal effort.

▪️Disable Slide Warnings – Turn off version warnings for frequently updated slides, like "inspiration" slides, to avoid unnecessary alerts and confusion about version changes.

▪️"Gatekeeper" Role Renamed to "Editor" – Based on your feedback, we’ve renamed the Gatekeeper role to Editor, making it clearer and more intuitive while keeping the same permissions.

📌 Key Presentations Shortcut – Teams can now access their most-used presentations instantly with a dedicated shortcut. No more searching—just one click away

🖼️ Smart Image Compression – When uploading or updating a slide or presentation in the library, SlideHub now automatically compresses oversized images without visible quality loss, ensuring a seamless experience.

📊 Further Statistics Improvement – Managers can now filter user activity trends by usage type, making it easier to track engagement.

📂 Update Word & Excel Files Directly from the Task Pane – You can now update Word and Excel documents directly within the task pane for a more streamlined workflow.

📧 New Email Notifications for Suggestions Management – Keep your team in the loop with notifications when their suggestions are accepted, rejected, or replaced.
