Are you an living in Denmark with income from another country?

A recent case: A client moved from Germany to Denmark and continued earning rental income from her property back home. She didn’t think it needed to be reported in Denmark—until she received a letter from .

This is a common misunderstanding .

As a tax resident in , you must report your **worldwide income**, including rental income from abroad. The good news? You usually won’t be taxed twice thanks to international tax agreements—but you still need to report it correctly.
