Solvexis Consult Announces – certification from DWEA (Danish Working Environ-mental Authority) to provide §26 received June 1st 2016

”We are pleased to announce that Solvexis Consult June 1st 2016 received certification from DWEA to provide compulsory §26 course for welders. Our training program is now unique and is set-up to support all clients globally before work is going to be performed in Denmark. All our courses can be performed at company address, on-site or outside Denmark in order to lower the cost. Additionally all our courses can be performed in 5 languages – English, Polish, Romanian, Italian and Portuguese. From a client perspective we are now the provider you can turn towards if any com-pulsory course is required. Solvexis Consult Announces the Appointment of Kim Kampp to Sales Manager To Support The Growth Of Our Business Sectors

Kim will be heading the sales in DK additionally support the UK office in London from May 14st 2016. The main assignments will be the communication with all our customers likewise secure the interaction and communication with our consultants to secure the transparency between the different service within business development, program management and operation management to establish re- and additional sale. Secondly a primary function will be to secure talents and consultants from the regions where we are located to secure that the growth strategy of the company can be reached.

We are pleased to announce that the LTA frequency figure internally as a total for our business from Q3 until end Q4 2015 was 0. This is a result we can be proud of and equals the objectives of our company.

During the same period we have seen only one minor incident within the 16 projects where Solvexis Consult have undertaken consultancy assignments and supported the line management of the clients performing their responsibility within the EHS field. The 16 projects do reflect a total of 120.000 hours performed during Q3 and Q4 2015.

These results show our attitude towards safety culture and safe operational performance on all levels. Additionally our employees and customers can trust that Solvexis Consult have the ability to secure the most valuable part of our and clients business - the employees

We are looking for two experienced Project Managers for our pharmaceutical team who will take on the management of key client projects with the goal of delivering every project with the highest degree of quality, on time, within budget and scope at the same time secure incident and accident free deliverables.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless ex*****on of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements:
- Very good educational background, preferably in the fields of building or process engineering
- Proven working experience in project management in the pharmaceutical sector
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in pharma technologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Danish)
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
