We’re a fast-paced software company supporting supermarkets and retail stores with Point of Sale (POS) and ERP systems, providing both hardware and software solutions.
We’re looking for a sharp, dependable, and calm-under-pressure Helpdesk Support team member to handle emergency Level 1 support calls.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

Answering incoming helpdesk calls and responding to emergency service requests.

Troubleshooting basic POS system issues (receipt printers, scanners, cash drawers, etc.).

Walking clients through solutions or escalating when necessary.

Logging issues, steps taken, and resolutions in our helpdesk system.

Using remote access tools to connect to client systems.

Keeping a cool head during high-pressure situations with customers waiting in line.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Experience in Level 1 IT support or helpdesk (retail/POS background is a big plus).

Comfortable troubleshooting Windows systems and retail hardware.

Experience with firewalls (SonicWall, Cisco, etc.) is a plus.

Ability to use AnyDesk, TeamViewer or similar remote support tools.

Excellent spoken and written English for professional phone support.
