Around 70 senior engineers and technology leaders from across the software industry came together for "AI Adda for Senior Tech Professionals", organized by Geeky Solutions today.

The program was scheduled from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but the discussions were so engaging that we finally wrapped up almost three hours later.

More than 20+ companies shared how they are actually building, deploying, and scaling AI inside their engineering teams. The day included two keynote sessions from Hasan Shahriar Masud and Shah Ali Newaj Topu, along with presentations from Enosis, Inument, Brain Station 23, and around 15+ other software companies and technology professionals. There were no generic AI talks. It was a room full of engineers sharing the playbooks they’re using to build software in the AI era, openly discussing architectures, workflows, lessons learned, and the challenges of taking AI into production.

We learned together:

→ How software engineering workflows are changing with AI-assisted development
→ Spec-driven development, AI coding agents, and AI-native SDLCs
→ Building production-ready AI systems, agents, and enterprise AI applications
→ Token optimization, engineering productivity, and controlling AI infrastructure costs
→ Agentic engineering, context management, and reducing hallucinations
→ Practical experiences with Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, and other AI tools
→ AI adoption inside engineering teams, from individual usage to company-wide ex*****on
→ Real-world lessons from AI products, SaaS platforms, voice AI, RAG, enterprise knowledge systems, and AI-powered business workflows
→ And many other practical engineering challenges that rarely get discussed publicly.

The future of software engineering is no longer about simply writing better code. It’s about building better systems, better engineering workflows, and better ways for humans and AI to work together.

A huge thank you to every engineer, architect, engineering leader, CTO, and speaker who invested an entire Saturday to share openly with the community. The quality of discussions gave us confidence that this shouldn’t be a one-time event.

At Geeky Solutions, we’re bringing together senior tech professionals for a closed-door, high-signal learning session where participants will share practical AI experiences from their day-to-day engineering work.

Today we had a Geeky Solutions (GS) breakfast adda at Westin.

Last month, we organized a full-day AI Strategy Adda for founders and C-level leaders. The depth of discussion and learning exceeded our expectations.

Today, we discussed the next step.

How do we collaborate with senior tech professionals to evolve in the AI era? How can senior tech leaders share learnings across companies?

We are planning a new initiative.

Not another generic AI talk. A real conversation on:

→ Which AI tools actually matter
→ Building AI-assisted development pipelines (IDE → CI/CD → Production)
→ How AI is changing software engineering workflows (coding, testing, debugging, reviews)
→ How senior engineers need to evolve in the AI era (systems thinking, ownership, decision-making)
→ Moving from prompting to agentic AI systems
→ Where AI helps, and where it breaks (hallucinations, reliability, context limitations)
→ What AI-native SDLCs look like in different organizations

This will be a closed-door session for the senior tech professionals, by the senior tech professionals.

No generic presentations. Just honest conversations, practical AI experiences, and real strategies.

The goal is simple: learn from each other and understand how different companies are adapting their engineering practices, teams, and development processes in the AI age.

Several leading software companies have already confirmed participation. We are equally eager to hear from the real ex*****on experts across our industry. Whether you’re from a 10-person company or a 500-person company, if you’re doing great work, we’d love to learn from you.

The program is primarily for individuals, though companies are welcome to nominate a few team members.

Tentative plan: July 11, 2026 (Saturday) | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | A restaurant in Gulshan.

The estimated participation cost may be around BDT 3,500 per person. The final venue and cost will depend on the number and profile of selected participants.

We hope to share a separate announcement and expression-of-interest form by the end of this week.

2. Learnathon: What’s Next?

After extensive discussion, we have decided not to organize a Learnathon in the near future.

The industry is changing rapidly, and we are still evaluating what kind of learning model, curriculum, and talent development approach make sense in the AI era.

Perhaps we will bring it back in a different form when the time is right, or we may not be able to bring it.

We also discussed a few other ideas for tech professionals and entrepreneurs. We will share more details when the time is right.

Today, Geeky Solutions hosted Entrepreneurs’ AI Strategy Adda, a closed-door session with 40+ founders and C-level leaders at Six Seasons Hotel, Gulshan, Dhaka.

The program was scheduled from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, but the discussions were so engaging that we wrapped up around 7:30 PM.

Just founders sharing what’s actually happening inside their companies. And honestly… the depth of discussion went far beyond what we expected.

The biggest realization: The old way of training engineers no longer works.

We need to rethink everything:

We had a deep discussion today. A few more rounds needed before we finalize.

If all goes well, the next batch will start in the coming months, with support from Brac IT.
