Today, Geeky Solutions hosted Entrepreneurs’ AI Strategy Adda, a closed-door session with 40+ founders and C-level leaders at Six Seasons Hotel, Gulshan, Dhaka.

The program was scheduled from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, but the discussions were so engaging that we wrapped up around 7:30 PM.

Just founders sharing what’s actually happening inside their companies. And honestly… the depth of discussion went far beyond what we expected.

We learnt together:

It’s a crazy time. Everything is moving fast. Faster than most of us can process.

Companies are trying to figure out their AI strategy. Tech professionals are trying to keep up with new tools every week.

And in the middle of all this… we’ve been thinking: how do we actually move forward, together?

Today we had a Geeky Solutions (GS) breakfast adda at Cefalo. How do we keep our companies and teams progressing in the AI era?

We’ve tried a few initiatives before. Some didn’t move forward. Some stayed as ideas. But today, we aligned on 3 focused programs:

1. AI Adda for Senior Tech Professionals

Not another generic AI talk.

A real conversation on:
→ Which AI tools actually matter
→ How to integrate AI into daily engineering workflows (coding, testing, debugging)
→ Moving from prompting → agentic AI systems
→ Where AI actually helps vs where it breaks (hallucination, reliability, context limits)
→ Building AI-assisted pipelines (IDE to CI/CD to production)
→ How senior engineers need to evolve in the AI era (systems, ownership, decisions)

2. Entrepreneurs’ AI Strategy Adda (Founders Only)

Every company is experimenting. Very few have clarity.

Questions we’re all dealing with:

This will be a closed-door session for founders. No slides. No pitch. Just honest conversations and real strategies.

The biggest realization: The old way of training engineers no longer works.

We need to rethink everything:

→ What we train them on
→ How we prepare them for AI-first development

We had a deep discussion today. A few more rounds needed before we finalize.

If all goes well, the next batch will start in the coming months, with support from Brac IT.

We met over breakfast today and planned a few initiatives from Geeky Solutions, focused on helping tech professionals and entrepreneurs grow together.

1. Code Smarter with AI : Dec 6 (Full Day)
Learn how to code faster and smarter using AI tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT. This full-day in-house session, planned for Dec 6 hopefully, will teach developers how to boost productivity and efficiency with practical, real-world AI techniques.
Targeted at engineers with 1–3 years of experience, though senior developers are also welcome. A fee will apply. Hoping to announce details in two weeks.

2. AI Strategy Session for Founders / C-Level
Many founders are confused on how to adopt AI, which tools to subscribe to, how to build an internal AI culture, what type of team structure to start with. We are planning a special founders-only closed session to discuss this together, learn from each other’s experiences, and build a roadmap that makes sense.

3. Geeky Solutions Learnathon 4.0 (Jan 2026)
Our signature fresher training program — this time sponsored by BITS — launching early next year to produce stronger engineering talent for the industry.

4. Software Architecture Sessions (Batch 3 Started)
The 3rd batch of our architecture track has begun, helping mid-level engineers shift from coder mindset to architectural thinking.

GeekySolution is going to start the 3rd Batch of ArchitectXpress. We had two very successful batches, during which we learned how to design and architect complex software applications. So far, we have had many participants from Brainstation23, Vivasoft, Orbitax, Inument, Bdjobs, HawarIT, and many other top-tier software companies. In the age of AI, where coding will be facilitated by LLM, the core contribution of a software engineer will be to understand complex business problems and find an appropriate technical solution for them. This course offers in-depth insight into how an architect should think, what thought frameworks help him, and how he can leverage technology to solve complex problems.

The course will start on 1st Nov 2025. There will be classes each Saturday, from 10 AM to 5 PM. Please fill out the form in the comments if you are interested. We will reach out to you.

Successful Completion of Our 8 weeks course: ArchitectXpress

Geeky Solutions is proud to announce the successful completion of the ArchitectXpress, Batch 2, conducted by Shah Ali Newaj Topu, Technology Advisor at Brac IT Services Ltd.

Over the span of 50 hours, participants from leading organizations, including Orbitax, Vivasoft, bdjobs, and Hawar IT, engaged in an intensive learning journey. A total of 41 professionals participated in the program, creating a vibrant exchange of ideas and experiences.

The course provided an end-to-end foundation in modern software architecture, covering:

* Fundamentals of Software Architecture & the role of architects
* Core system design principles and quality attributes (Robustness, Scalability, Maintainability, Security, Performance)
* Architectural styles & design patterns – Monoliths, Microservices, Event-Driven Systems, Clean Architecture
* Data consistency & resiliency in distributed systems (CAP theorem, eventual consistency)
* API design & communication (REST, gRPC, GraphQL, OpenAPI)
* Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, and Event Sourcing
* Software security principles, threat modeling, and Zero Trust Architecture

Participants also worked through real-world case studies and hands-on exercises, including system design for disaster response, retail platforms, healthcare dashboards, social media applications, and financial systems.

We congratulate all 41 participants for their dedication and commitment, and we thank Topu bhai for bringing his expertise and passion to the classroom.

We had a breakfast adda and planning meeting today, where we discussed several upcoming initiatives for tech professionals and entrepreneurs through Geeky Solutions.

1. Full-Day Sales Session for Software Outsourcing Entrepreneurs
Just like previous editions, this will be a full-day session focused on the sales process for software outsourcing businesses. Alongside GS, we’ll have external industry leaders contributing. We’re aiming to host it by the end of August, tentatively on Saturday, August 23. Once the date and speakers are confirmed, we’ll announce full details of this inspiring knowledge-sharing event.

2. Code Smarter with AI: The Secret Sauce to Maintainable, Debuggable, Production-Ready Code
Learn how to code faster and smarter using AI tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT. This full-day in-house session, planned for mid-September, will teach developers how to boost productivity and efficiency with practical, real-world AI techniques.

3. Geeky Solutions Learnathon 3.0
GS’s fresher training program is designed to produce skilled software engineers. The third edition of the program, sponsored by Brain Station, concluded a month ago. We’re considering launching the fourth session early next year.

4. Software Architecture Sessions: From Coder to Architect
This is an 8-week program (Saturdays only) tailored for mid-level developers. We successfully completed the first batch with excellent feedback, and the second batch is currently in progress. The third batch is tentatively planned for September/October. An Expression of Interest (EOI) will be shared in due time.
