We are hiring for one of our client- Software company at New Cairo .. , Full time onsite
:-
Early communication with new hires to ensure all hiring documents are ready before the first working day
Align with other departments regarding custody and emails and logistics
Conduct orientation about the company including HR policies, employee benefits & client instructions.
Sending an email to the client with the contact information and joining date [Outsource].
Signing contracts and final hiring process, Form 1 and labor office form
Offboarding
Communicate with the employee about the termination process and align with them about vacations balance consumption.
Aligning with Finance and IT to schedule clearance day
Collect medical cards private and governmental
Preparing the clearance documents
Prepare form 6 and finalize the legal offboarding process
& OD
Handling all the concerns from employees
Scheduling meetings whenever needed if there is a conflict or escalation.
Answering all the employees’ questions and inquiries.
Conduct Puls surveys to address culture issues and create action plan to solve it
HR operations
Maintain updated employees' files hard and soft copies
Updating the HR database regularly.
Issuing HR Letters, Experience Letters, and Pay Slips
Manage Contract Renewal and Contract Termination
Updating the finance with payroll changes every month [Salary increase, new hires, Contracts Renewal, and Promotions].
Sending the finance team new bank accounts each month and if anyone changed their account.
Updating the recruitment team with any resignation or termination that needs to be replaced.
Following up on the social insurance and Labor office.

employees in and out
Following up regarding their requests and refunds.
Following up on the payments.
