Talent Acquisition Specialist is needed and will manage end-to-end recruitment activities to support MESC Limited’s diverse business units. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Alexandria, with a combination of on-site presence and some work-from-home flexibility.
Day-to-day responsibilities
Define Employment shortages and company needs
Define roles requirements
Sourcing and screening candidates
Coordinating and conducting Interviews
Preparation and negotiation of hiring offers
Guiding candidates through the hiring process.
Contributing to employer branding initiatives
Maintaining accurate recruitment records
Ensuring a positive candidate experience
Collaborating with Admin Office on onboarding and workforce planning needs and requirements.
Benchmarking Long and short employment needs and requirements
Follow Up with admin for employment organizational tree
Preparation of Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Talent Management
Participation with admin to prepare and present different KPI's
Contact and performance with governmental related facilities and organizations
Qualifications
Alexandria Residents only "preferably Mid Alex"
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or Law
HR or recruitment certifications are an advantage.
Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within industrial facilities.
Exceptional Usage skills of MS Excel
Age brackets between 22 - 27
