یعلن صندوق تطویر التعلیم التابع لرئاسة مجلس الوزراء عن وجود وظيفة شاغرة بمعهد الكوزن المصری الیابانی بنظام الندب وفق الشروط التالیة:
الوظيفة : عضو ھیئة تدریس – تخصص اللغة العربية (محاضر / أستاذ مساعد / أستاذ) - يتم تحديد الدرجة الوظیفیة بناءً على خبرة المتقدمین المقبولین وأدائھم والعوامل الأخرى ذات الصلة.
شروط ومتطلبات شغل الوظیفة :
المؤهل العلمي:
درجة جامعية عليا في اللغة العربية وآدابها (يُفضل الحصول على درجة الدكتوراه، ولكن يمكن النظر في طلبات الحاصلين على الماجستير ممن يمتلكون مهارات بحثية كافية ولديهم النية/الخطة للحصول على الدكتوراه).
الخبرة العملية:
خبرة في (1) التدريس بالتعليم العالي يُفضل ألا تقل عن سنتين؛ و(2) البحث في مجال اللغة العربية وآدابها. كما ستُؤخذ الخبرة العملية في القطاعات الصناعية ذات الصلة بعين الاعتبار.
اللغات: إتقان تام للغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (تحدثًا وكتابةً).
الكفاءات والمھارات المطلوب تحقیقھا :
● قدرة مثبتة على تحمل المسؤولیة كاملة، والعمل بنزاھة وشفافیة من خلال الالتزام بالمعاییر الاجتماعیة والأخلاقیة والمؤسسیة.
● معرفة وفھم ممتازین بالنظریات والتوجھات والتكنولوجیات وأسالیب التدریس الحدیثة في مجال اللغة العربية.
● القدرة على تطویر مواد وأدوات تعلیمیة فعالة تساعد الطلاب على تحقیق نواتج التعلم.
● الاستعداد للتعلم والتكیف ونشر أسالیب المنھج الیاباني (KOSEN) في التعلیم والتدریس، مثل: التعلم النشط/التعلم الذاتي، والتعلم القائم على المشكلات/المشاریع، وتدریس ریادة الأعمال، والتعلیم القائم على ملفات الإنجاز/المسار المھني، إضافة إلى أسالیب إدارة الجودة مثل دورة (PDCA: التخطیط - التنفیذ - الفحص - الإجراء).
● مھارات بحثیة وتحلیلیة ممتازة، وقدرة على حشد وتعبئة الموارد.
● معرفة ومھارات وشغف ممتاز لتوجیھ الطلاب في مجالات التعلم، والبحث العلمي، والتطویر المھني.
● القدرة على تشجیع ثقافة مشاركة المعرفة والتعلم، وتقدیم المشورة الفنیة لأعضاء الھیئة التدریسیة الآخرین.
● مھارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفھي والكتابي ومھارات العرض والتصویر (Presentation).
● القدرة على بناء شراكات مع القطاع الصناعي، والمجتمعات المحلیة، والجھات المعنیة.
● القدرة على العمل كمشرف للأنشطة الطلابیة والإشراف على السكن الطلابي.
● القدرة على العمل بفعالیة ضمن فریق واكتساب مھارات عالیة في التعامل مع الآخرین.
● القدرة على العمل بفعالیة في بیئة متعددة الثقافات وإظھار سلوكیات واتجاھات مراعیة للنوع الاجتماعي، وغیر تمییزیة، وشاملة للجمیع.
المھام والمسؤولیات الرئیسیة :
• تطویر أو تحدیث المناھج وتوصیف المقررات الدراسیة الموكلة، من خلال وضع نواتج تعلم مناسبة مع مراعاة التطورات التكنولوجیة والنظریة واحتیاجات الصناعة والمجتمع.
• تطویر أو تحدیث المواد التعلیمیة بما یتماشى مع التطور التكنولوجي ومتطلبات القطاع الصناعي والمجتمعي.
• تقدیم الدروس النظریة والعملیة بأسلوب فعال وتفاعلي ومشارك یشجع على التعلم الذاتي.
• إجراء التقییمات التكوینیة والختامیة لمتابعة وتقییم نواتج تعلم الطلاب، وتقدیم الإرشاد الأكادیمي للطلاب خلال المحاضرات والساعات المكتبیة. التحسین المستمر لأسالیب التدریس بناءً على التغذیة الراجعة ونتائج التقییم لتحقیق نواتج التعلم المطلوبة.
• تعزیز النمو الشامل للطلاب وتشجیعھم على الاستمرار والإتمام المنتظم للمقررات أو الدبلوم خلال المحاضرات والساعات المكتبیة والمناسبات المختلفة.
• المشاركة الفعالة في أنشطة التوجیھ المھني ودعم التوظیف، مثل تطویر وتطبیق برامج التدریب المیداني (Internships).
• توجیھ الطلاب في تصمیم وإجراء المشاریع البحثیة.
• تصمیم الأنشطة غیر الصفیة وتشجیع الطلاب على المشاركة فیھا.
• القیام بمھام رائد الفصل ومشرّف السكن الطلابي، وتوجیھ الطلاب لتعزیز الانضباط، ومھارات حل المشكلات الجماعیة، والعمل الجماعي.
• تصمیم وإجراء أبحاث علمیة تسھم في خدمة وتطویر القطاع الصناعي والمجتمع.
• المشاركة الفعالة في بناء الشراكات الصناعیة والتواصل المجتمعي.
• المساھمة النشطة في مبادرات تدبیر الموارد والدعم المالي من خلال التواصل مع الخریجین، وشركاء الصناعة، والجھات المعنیة.
• العمل الفعال على تعزیز بیئة تعلم آمنة وشاملة وعادلة تلبي احتیاجات الطلاب، والتنسیق مع خدمات السكن والدعم الأخرى لتقدیم الدعم اللازم عند الحاجة.
• المشاركة الفعالة في الإدارة المدرسیة/الأكادیمیة، مثل اللجان المختلفة، واجتماعات الأقسام والبرامج، وعملیات اعتماد معاییر (KIS)، والعلاقات العامة.
• تعزیز أنشطة التبادل الدولي، لا سیما مع كلیات "كوزن" في الیابان.
• المشاركة النشطة في تبادل المعرفة وأنشطة التطویر الأكادیمي للأساتذة (FD) والتطویر المالي/الإداري للموظفین (SD) مع أعضاء الھیئة التدریسیة الآخرین، والطلاب، وشركاء الصناعة، والمجتمع.
• المشاركة الفعالة في الأنشطة المندرجة تحت مشروع EJ-KOSEN والمساھمة في تحقیق مخرجات المشروع بالتعاون الوثیق مع خبراء ھیئة الجایكا (JICA).
تاریخ البدء المتوقع للعمل :
20 سبتمبر 2026، وذلك بعد الانتھاء من إجراءات الاختیار واستكمال كافة المعاملات الورقیة والموافقات اللازمة.

4 . ملخص للكتب والأوراق العلمیة المنشورة (بحد أقصى 3 أبحاث)
5 . نسخ منفصلة من الكتب والأبحاث المذكورة في البند رقم 3.
6 . رؤیة المتقدم وطموحاته بشأن التعلیم والبحث العلمي في EJ-KOSEN
7 . شھادة المؤھل الدراسي (الدرجة العلمیة).
8 . الشھادات العلمیة الأخرى، أو التراخیص المھنیة، أو الشھادات المتعلقة بالتعلیم العالي/مجال التخصص (إن وجدت).
9 . خطابات توصیة (بأي صیغة) و/أو بیانات التواصل الخاصة بمرجع واحد على الأقل یمكنھ تقدیم معلومات عن أدائك التعلیمي والبحثي (الاسم، جھة العمل، العنوان، رقم الھاتف، البرید الإلكتروني) وتُدرج ضمن السیرة الذاتیة.
10 . شھادة مستوى اللغة الإنجلیزیة (IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC) أو ما یثبت القدرة على تدریس المقررات باللغة الإنجلیزیة (یُستثنى من ذلك المتقدمون لوظائف اللغة العربیة والتاریخ).

The Education Development Fund announces job vacancies at the EJ- KOSEN College on secondment basis according to the following conditions.
Position: Arabic Language Lecturer / Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor (The position to be determined based on the successful applicants' experience, performance, and other factors.)
Qualification Requirements :
Education:
Advanced university degree in Arabic Language and Literature (PhD is preferable, but candidates with Masters' degree with sufficient research skills and those who plan/willing to obtain PhD can be considered).
Experience:
Experiences in (1) teaching in higher education desirably for 2 years; and (2) research in the field of Arabic Language and Literature. Working experience in relevant industries will be also considered.
Languages: Excellent command of English and Arabic.
Competencies :
● Proven ability to take ownership of all responsibilities, to act with integrity and transparency by maintaining social, ethical and organizational norms.
● Excellent knowledge and understanding of theories, trends, technologies, and teaching methods in the field of Arabic Language.
● Ability to develop effective teaching materials and tools which help students achieve learning outcomes.
● Willingness to learn, adapt, and disseminate KOSEN-style teaching and education methods and approaches, such as active learning/self-regulated learning, problem/project-based learning, entrepreneurship education, and portfolio/career education, and quality management methods, such as PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action).
● Excellent research and analytical skills and resource mobilization skills.
● Excellent knowledge, skills, and passion to guide students in learning, researching, and career development.
● Ability to promote knowledge sharing and learning culture and provide technical advice for other academic staff.
● Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
● Ability to develop partnerships with industry, communities and other stakeholders.
● Ability to serve as an advisor for extracurricular activities and perform dormitory duty.
● Ability to work effectively in a team and excellent interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and to demonstrate gender-responsive, non-discriminatory, and inclusive behavior and attitudes.
Description of Main Duties :
● Develop or update the curriculum and syllabus of the assigned courses by setting appropriate learning outcomes, taking into account technological and theoretical development as well as industry and community needs.
● Develop or update teaching materials, taking into account technological development, as well as industry and community needs.
● Facilitate theoretical and practical lessons in an effective, interactive, and participatory manner, promoting self-learning.
● Conduct formative and summative assessments to monitor and evaluate students' learning outcomes.
Provide students with advice to facilitate their learning in classrooms and office hours.
● Continuously improve teaching methods based on feedback and assessment results to achieve learning outcomes.
● Promote students' overall growth and encourage persistence and timely completion of a course or diploma in classes, office hours, and other occasions.
● Actively engage in career education and employment support activities, such as developing and implementing internship programs.
● Guide students in designing and conducting research projects.
● Design extracurricular activities and encourage students to participate in them.
● Perform homeroom teacher and dormitory duties and guide students to enhancing disciplines, collaborative problem-solving abilities, and teamwork.
● Design and conduct research which contributes to industry and community development.
● Actively engage in developing industry partnerships and community outreach.
● Actively participate in fund-raising initiatives through engagement with alumni, industry, and other partners.
● Actively engage in the promotion of a safe, inclusive and equitable learning environment designed to address student needs and partner with accommodation or other support services to provide the necessary support when appropriate.
● Actively engage in school administration, such as various committees, department and program meetings, KIS accreditation process, and public relations.
● Promote international exchange activities, especially with KOSENs in Japan.
● Actively engage in knowledge-sharing/Faculty Development (FD)/Staff Development (SD) activities with other academic staff, students, industry, and communities.
● Actively engage in activities under the EJ-KOSEN project and contribute to delivering project outputs in close cooperation with JICA experts.
