IPC Specialist
IPC Supervisor
🎯 Role Overview:
We are seeking motivated IPC professionals who will ensure high-quality in-process controls across production operations.
The role includes:
- Monitoring all production processes to ensure compliance with GMP standards.
- Conducting in-process checks and documenting results accurately.
- Reporting deviations and supporting corrective actions.
- Collaborating closely with Production, QA, and QC teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensuring consistent application of quality procedures during manufacturing stages.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
➡️ IPC Specialist :-
- Conduct in-process checks and line clearance.
- Ensure GMP compliance during all manufacturing steps.
- Record results, report deviations, and support investigations.
- Coordinate with Production & QA for smooth workflow.
➡️ IPC Supervisor :-
- Supervise IPC activities and ensure adherence to standards.
- Review IPC records and manage deviations & CAPA.
- Train and guide IPC team members.
- Coordinate with QA/QC/Production to maintain quality performance.
✅ Qualifications & Requirements:
➡️ For IPC Specialist:
- Minimum One Year of experience in IPC or related pharmaceutical quality functions.
- Solid understanding of GMP and production workflows.
➡️ For IPC Supervisor:
- Minimum 3 Years of experience in IPC or QA/QC roles.
- Proven leadership in supervising IPC activities.
➡️ General Requirements (Both Roles):
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Science.
- Strong communication, documentation, and observation skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
