Reflecting on a meaningful conversation around one of the most pressing challenges facing healthcare leaders today: Healthcare Uncertainty.
As part of our participation in Africa Health ExCon 2026, we were pleased to bring together distinguished voices from across the healthcare ecosystem for an insightful keynote and panel discussion focused on navigating uncertainty, strengthening decision-making, and shaping the future of healthcare.
The session opened with an insightful keynote by Dr. Ibraheem El Ashy, Managing Partner – SBS, exploring how leaders can navigate complexity, make informed decisions, and move from uncertainty toward strategic action.
The conversation then continued through the Healthcare Uncertainty panel, moderated by Dr. Marwa Wael, Operational Managing Partner – SBS, and bringing together diverse perspectives from policy, public health, industry, and healthcare solutions:
