CAREER READINESS DAY
From Classroom → To Career Success 🚀
What does it really take to move from learning… to thriving in the real world?
At AOU Egypt, we brought this question to life through an interactive day full of insights, conversations, and real experiences.
- Career GPS with Dr. Marwa Wael
Students explored how to define their vision, navigate their career paths, and make intentional decisions about their future.
- Toxic Work Environment with Dr. Ibraheem El Ashy
An eye-opening session that helped both students and staff recognize the signs of unhealthy workplaces—and more importantly, what a healthy environment should truly look like.
The energy in the room said it all—high engagement, honest discussions, and moments that truly made an impact.
We were also honored to celebrate this day with the recognition of both speakers by Prof. Nagwa Younis, Vice President for Academic Affairs at AOU Egypt.
Because preparing students isn’t just about knowledge…
It’s about awareness, mindset, and readiness for what’s next.
A day full of learning, engagement, and future-ready experiences.
With sincere appreciation for the continuous support and patronage of:
Prof. Dr. Mohamed Hamza, Arab Open University President – Egypt Branch
Under the supervision of:
Dr. Ahmed Rageh, Vice President for Financial & Administrative Affairs & Dean of the Faculty of Business Studies
Dr. Salma Hany, Assistant Professor, Faculty of Business Studies
And heartfelt thanks to all organizers and participants whose collaboration and commitment made this experience truly impactful.
