2. كيفية تحديد المشكلة وتحديد المنهجية الملائمة للبحث.
3. كيفية الحصول على الدراسات السابقة التي تخدم مشكلة البحث والاستفادة منها، وكيفية عمل مصفوفة الدراسات السابقة.
4. كيفية تحديد الفجوة البحثية، وكيفية صياغة أوجه الاستفادة من الدراسات السابقة وما يميز الدراسة الحالية.
5. كيفية اعداد الخطة المقترحة والاستبيان.
6. كيفية إعداد الاطار النظري في ضوء الأدبيات.
7. كيفية قياس جودة الاستبيان من خلال العينة الاستطلاعية. وطرق قياس الصدق والثبات المختلفة للإستبيان.
8. مقدمة في التحليل الاحصائي للإستبيان وتفسير النتائج بطريقة علمية بإستخدام برنامج SPSS (دورة مستقلة لمن يرغب).
