Allianz Egypt is seeking to hire a Senior Personnel Specailist with the below mentioned requirements:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage contracts; issuing new contracts, renew annual contracts using appropriate communication tools and monitor contract expiry in accordance with labor law.
Manage & execute all the related procces to the hiring of the new Bancassurance staff; Job offers, hiring documents, medical check-up.…., etc.

Coordinate all the issues related to the social insurance file for the BA s HR - Employees
Keep employee records/files up-to-date by processing employee status changes in a timely manner and do all the necessary actions to control the document’s movements
Manage all the relevant benefits; Medical insurance, group life policy …., etc. in coordination with the relevant departments and third parties.
Manage probation period expiry in coordination with BA department head using appropriate communication tools.
Execute and control the personnel processes and actions; assuring the proper approvals and proper recording on the HRIS as well as in the files.
Manage all the procedures of the termination/separation for the BA staff including exit interview, separation forms, social insurance, experience certificate, vacation balance, issuing the cheque after validating the financial situation ….,etc.
Handle all related proccess to the transfers and/or promotions for the BA staff.
Establish & Maintain personnel files of the Bancassurance staff in compliance with legal requirements (labor office, EFSA, social insurance…, etc.) as well in full alignment with the company’s policies and procedures and group requirement (R&I).
Handle employees’ disciplinary cases and draft any warning or disciplinary letters in compliance with the Egyptian labor law.
Handle all grievances and complaints from the BA staff doing all the relevant procedures starting from the investigation, recording, reporting to the responsible person, follow up and finally implement any related action if there.
Handle the subject of the performance appraisl for the BA staff; (i.e. Communication, coordination, consolidation, updating HRIS, filling …. ,etc.)
Issue HR letters to the BA staff.
Prepare monthly reports of HC, New Hired, turnover, Resignation / terminations…., etc.)
Prepare a consolidated report on monthly basis with the staff resignations and send it all relevant parties; (HR, Medical provider, Banks, corporate operation team …, etc.)
Supporting HR-Sales department unit in any other task/project as needed.
Qualifications
3-4 years of work experience in personnel field.
University degree.
Fluency in English
High organizational skills.
Good Problem solving skills
Strong time management skills and ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
