Project Manager:

Main purpose of job

To liaise with hospitals throughout Morocco, through Sampling Programs and introduce them to mothers and other target group(s). Above all you should maintain a good rapport with hospitals, hospital administration, nurses & midwives.

Main responsibilities

a) Identify lists of private and government hospitals, their contact details, key people and their location.
b) Obtain information for hospitals classification to A, B, C, D category, private vs. government hospitals etc.
c) Contact hospitals and arrange appointments with the hospital administration / officers, aiming to present company's New Mother Education campaign.
d) Sign agreements with hospitals for performing company's New Mother Education campaign inside their premises.
e) Negotiate with the hospital admin and align on Nurses / midwives sampling.
f) Create and establish an incentive for Nurses
g) Train the nurses on detailing to the mothers, including collection of Proof of Delivery.
h) Train the nurses on effective use of Nurses Manual.
i) Recruit and Train Area Managers & Samplers (if needed)
j) Plan hospitals supply on a daily / weekly and monthly basis.
k) Maintain an updated Hospital contact list
l) Maintain a Gifts & PR record for gifts offered to nurses, hospitals, etc
m) Report on issues / feedback from hospitals
n) Report on any competitive activity taking place inside the hospitals.
o) Oversee day to day problems solving in hospitals
p) Perform quality control checks on nurses / midwives their presentations and overall performance.
q) Prepare weekly and monthly production targets for the warehouse area & hospital-wise per month.
r) Perform quality control checks on kits assembled
s) General coordination with warehouse for program deliverables, ordering of stock etc
t) Establish systems to follow-up with hospitals on receipt of items and items re-order
u) Recruit & Train Area Managers
v) Day-to-Day management of Area Managers, Nurses & Samplers (if applicable).
w) Based on the hospital visits already completed, prepare weekly / monthly and annual reports on the ex*****on of the project. Reports should include information such as:
a. Hospital
b. Mothers Sampled each month
c. Mothers missed
d. No. of samples / gifts offered
e. Hospital-wise stock balance..,
f. Any similar activity observed in the hospital (if any)
g. Any comments / suggestions from the doctor / nurse / health professionals.

x) Maintain awareness of any possible threats to the business and report to the management accordingly.

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

The job requires:

• Ability to develop professional relationships with health care professionals.
• Ability to liaise with hospital administration / nurses / doctors / health educators in a professional and organized manner;
• Ability to build professional relationships.
• Educated to degree level;
• Professional qualifications in a relevant discipline;
• At least 3 years relevant experience;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Excellent analytical skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic & English.
• Valid Moroccan driving license.

1. You will not undertake any other work, paid or unpaid, during the tenure of this contract without prior written approval from the Managing Director.

2. You will not divulge any information of the affairs of the Company or its clients to anyone unless specifically instructed by the Company to do so. The obligations of this clause shall continue even after termination / completion of this appointment.

3. You will adhere to all the law. Morroco and the rules and regulations of the Company. Violation of any Moroccan law may result in the termination of this appointment.

4. On termination of this appointment, you will return any files, documents, data, records, materials and any other property of the Company in your custody, belonging to either the Company or its clients.

5. You will cooperate smoothly with your colleagues / other staff of the company and report to the company’s management accordingly.

6. Comply with the working policies as approved by the Managing Director of the company.

7. This offer assumes that you are medically fit.

8. You will be working for 5 days per week, Friday / Saturday will be off

Job Description:
• Providing and interpreting financial information
• Detailed analysis of the management PL, including analysis of revenue, cogs, basic margin, gross margin, operational earning

• Prepare and monitor the capital and investment budgets (all Capex items including depreciation estimates)
