Urgently required for a multinational company in Egypt:
“ Restaurant Manager “
Responsible for managing the operation of the restaurant including the development and growth of people, sales and profits. Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage and
labor costs, achieving planned sales and profit targets. Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution. Control, train and develop employees through ongoing feedback, and by conducting performance reviews.
Experience & qualification:
- Diploma degree is a minimum, 5+ years of experience in F&B industry fast food preferred, with at least 2+ years of experience on the same Position (restaurant manager).
- Age range 25 – 35 years.
- English language is a must.
- Computer literacy and experience with restaurant management software.
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
Salary: Negotiable
