💫In a major competitive architectural competition , NG Design Office submitted this design proposal, embodying a bold and luxurious visual vision. The firm aimed to create an unforgettable architectural landmark that leaves a lasting impression on the waterfront.

Key Design Highlights:
Visual Harmony: A sophisticated blend of modern fluidity on the left (inspired by sea waves) and classical grandeur on the right (featuring towering columns and arches).

Iconic Feature: The design is anchored by a massive glass sphere at the base, serving as a futuristic landmark and a panoramic lobby that bridges the interior with the surroundings.

The Golden Crown: A striking golden dome tops the structure, symbolizing absolute luxury and making the building an identifiable "landmark" even from a distance.

The "Blue Glass" Revolution: Nothing defined the turn of the millennium like the full-height blue reflective curtain wall. It was the ultimate symbol of corporate transparency and progress, mirroring the sky and blending the structure with the horizon.

Exoskeleton Accents: Notice the striking geometric steel framework on the corner. This "Exoskeleton" style was the peak of high-tech architecture, showcasing engineering strength as a visible design element rather than hiding it behind walls.
