عقود تأسيس الشبكات:
في هذا النوع من العقود تكون الحالة الحالية للجهة المتعاقدة مع شركتنا بواحدة من الحالتين التاليتين:
عدم وجود شبكة نهائياً:
في هذه الحالة يتم الاتفاق بين الطرفين على الخدمات والأنظمة المطلوب توافرها على الشبكة. وتقدم شركتنا بهذه الحالة مقترحاتها للطرف المقابل بتشغيل أحدث الخدمات المتوفرة عالمياً والمطلوبة ضمن عمل المؤسسة المتعاقدة .,وتتضمن الخدمات التي تحتاجها كل شركة عند تأسيسها الخدمات التالية:
(Network OS, Active Directory, MS. Exchange Server, MS.ISA Server, File Server, Print Server, Windows Server Update System WSUS)
( أنظمة تشغيل الشبكة , أنظمة الحماية , أنظمة مضادات الفيروسات, البريد الداخلي , أنظمه تحديد أليات وسماحيات دخول الموظفين الى شبكه الانترنت , وايضا نظام تحديثات الأمن لأنظمة التشغيل والبرامج المرفقة من الانترنت ) .
•أو وجود شبكة حالية مع وجود مشاكل تعيق العمل أو تعيق تحقيق كافة الفوائد المطلوبة من الشبكة:
في هذه الحالة يقوم الكادر الفني في شركتنا بإجراء زيارة تفحصية نقوم من خلالها بتشخيص كافة المشاكل الموجودة ضمن نظام عمل الشبكة وأيضاً نقوم بإجراء دراسة كاملة تفيد بتقدير الأعمال المطلوبة من شركتنا مع تقديم التقرير الفني التفصيلي والذي نوضح فيه كافة الخدمات الحالية المتوفرة , والمشكل الموجودة , مع المقترحات المستقبلية لتجاوز الوضع الحالي.
عقـــود الصيـــانــــــة:
تكون عقود الصيانة المبرمة بين شركتنا وبين عملائها عقوداً مرنة تتيح للعملاء الحصول على أقصى درجة ممكنة من الفوائد المرجوة من العقد مع أقل قدر ممكن من التكاليف ,بحيث يتم الاتفاق على الصيغة الأمثل لكافة البنود من قبل الطرفين وبما يناسب الطرفين ,على أن يشمل العقد الخطوط العريضة التالية :
• الزيارات الدورية والصيانة الوقائية:
يقوم الطرف الثاني بزيارة مقر الطرف الأول بشكل دوري وبمعدل عدد زيارات متفق عليا , وتهدف هذه الزيارات إلى إجراء عملية فحص وقائي للأجهزة بحيث يتم الكشف عن الأخطاء بوقت مبكر (وقبل وقوع المشكلة ) مما يعطينا ذلك الفرصة لتفادي وقوع الاعطال الطارئة المعرقلة للعمل واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لإصلاح ذلك.
الاتصالات الطارئة :
في حال وقوع مشكلة طارئة او أي عطل يحتاج إلى أي نوع من أنواع الاستشارة يحق للطرف الأول الاتصال بالطرف الثاني وعلى الطرف الثاني أن يلبي اتصال الطرف الأول بنفس اليوم وبالسرعة القصوى بما يتناسب مع حجم العطل الناتج عن هذه المشكلة , ملاحظة : لا ينطبق هذا البند في الحالات التالية :
• أيام العطل الأسبوعية.
• أيام العطل الرسمية.
• حالات التطوير والترقية على الشبكة أو المخدم والتي لا تكون طارئة ( مثل تطوير نظام ما كنظام الإيميل الداخلي أو كنظام الـ Firewall الذي يحمي الشبكة , أو إضافة خدمة جديدة على المخدم مثل ISA Server, Exchange Server... ) فهذه تقدم كخدمة منفصلة مأجورة ويكون الدفع عن طريق فاتورة مستقلة.
الأضرار واستبدال القطع:
في حال حدوث أي مشكلة بأي قطعة من قطع الأجهزة المدرجة ضمن العقد تقوم شركتنا بعرض النوعيات والأسعار المتوفرة لديها للطرف الأول وتقوم الشركة فى هذه الحالة بتقديم فاتورة نظامية بسعر القطعة علماً بأن عملية تركيب القطع تكون مجانية, ويحق للطرف الأول قبول هذه النوعية او رفضها ويمكن أن يقوم الطرف الأول هو نفسه بشراء القطعة ولكن بمشورة الطرف الثاني من حيث النوعية حتى تدخل هذه القطعة ضمن ملف الشركة.
