Heba Srour Consulting Services (HSCS) is a fast-growing training and consulting services center. We take pride in putting the vast experience of Dr. Heba and our certified trainers into use. The Training Center offers services to fulfill the developmental needs of your group. As an employee, manager, or supervisor, you can set up an individual consultation session with one of our Program Managers

to identify your group needs and design training tailored to address those needs. This module based class will help prepare new supervisors to take on the role of supervisor with special emphasis on what a supervisor needs to know to be successful. This class will address such issues as managing a budget, how to complete fact findings, the corrective actions process, payroll and leave management, performance appraisals and managing multiple people and tasks.
