Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Employer Branding Specialist located in Alexandria, Egypt.
The Specialist will be responsible for developing and promoting the employer brand, communication strategies, recruitment marketing, and recruiting efforts to attract top talent.
Day-to-day tasks include managing employer branding campaigns, enhancing communication channels, and implementing recruitment marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing skills
Communication expertise
Marketing and Recruiting knowledge
Experience in developing and implementing communication strategies
Ability to attract and engage top talent
Strong organizational and project management skills
Knowledge of HR practices and trends
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field
