Due to expanding we are hiring 2 Product Managers to join the team.

Key responsibilities

# Own the full product life cycle from concept to launch
# Define product strategy pricing packaging and promotion
# Conduct market research and monitor market trends
# Coordinate with R & D marketing sales and supply chain teams
# Track product performance and customer feedback
# Manage budgets forecasts and timelines
# Develop growth plans aligned with market needs and company goals

Required qualifications

* Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine or a related field
* Marketing diploma or MBA is preferred
* Minimum one year experience as a Product
manager in pharmaceuticals
* Solid understanding of product development and market analysis
* Strong planning analytical and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities
* Fluency in English and Arabic

Education

At least two years in a second-line management role

Educational Background
• Bachelor’s Degree: Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Science.
• Post-Graduate Studies: An MBA or a diploma in Sales Management is preferable
2. Professional Experience
• Managerial Experience: Typically, 1–3 years of experience as a District Manager or Area Supervisor.
• Sales Background: A strong track record with proven achievement of sales targets.
• Experience in specific lines (Pediatrics, Dermatology, Orthopedic, or Gynecology).
3. Key Skills & Competencies
• Leadership: Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives to hit their monthly and quarterly targets.
• Strategic Planning: Analyzing market data and competitor activities to create "action plans" for your assigned territory.
• KOL Management: Establishing and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (top doctors and hospital heads) in your area.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in tracking KPIs, managing budgets, and using CRM systems.
• Language & Tech: Excellent command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for sales reports and PowerPoint for meetings).
