As we continue to expand our market presence, we are looking for a high-performing, results-driven Senior Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and drive our growth to the next level.
The Role:
Are you a natural closer with a deep understanding of the steel market? Do you have a proven track record of turning leads into long-term partnerships? If yes, we want you!
In this role, you won't just sell; you will be the face of Mada Company, managing key accounts, identifying new market opportunities, and presenting our metal construction solutions to consultants, contractors, and developers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business leads within the steel fabrication and metal construction sectors.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with contractors, consultants, and project managers.
• Understand client technical requirements and present tailored solutions effectively.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction projects.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of solid sales experience specifically in the Steel and Metal Construction industry (This is a must).
• Network: A strong existing network of contractors, consultants, and decision-makers in the construction field.
• Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Traits: Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and a true "go-getter" who thrives under pressure.
• Language: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
• Mobility: Possession of a valid driver’s license and a personal car is highly preferred.
