** Scope of Work:
To report to the Managing Director & Shareholders with portfolio and client management as well as product management responsibilities including:
1. Retention of existing customers and increasing business size with them.
2. Acquisition of new customers through the creation of new quality leads.
** Job Description:
Candidate will be assigned a portfolio of products and customers along with the necessary training in order to fulfill their JD as follows:
1. Management of a strategic Client (50% of the Level of Effort).
- Overlook and manage the implementation of go-to-market & deployment plan of TRACEit! by providing field assistance and account management.
- Coordinate with the Software Developers and Technical Support Teams to ensure project KPIs are running smooth.
- Manage loyalty and retention strategy to increase size of business with Client.
- Ensure Client is receiving the highest and fastest level of service with highest quality and commitment to time.
2. Acquisition of new customers from the Manufacturing Field. (25% of the level of effort).
- Acquisition of new customers for TRACEit! Platform.
- Manage the sales operations of new customers.
- Manage all communication channels including social media for catching new customers and leads.
3. Support in ADHOC projects and requests as made by the Managing Director or Shareholders.
