Eman Badr discovered her love for music at the age of 4; she grew up in a music loving household. She started taking piano lessons at the age of 6 and also enjoyed singing on the side.
Eman graduated from the American University in Cairo majoring in ‘Performing Arts’. She graduated with a concentration in voice -musical theatre and classical singing.
Eman delights in singing in different languages such as: French, Italian, Portuguese, German, and Korean. She does this not only because of the repertoire requirements, but also, because of how she loves learning about different languages and cultures.
She has won several singing K-pop competitions held in Egypt, -competitions organized by the South Korean embassy and by the South Korean Broadcast channel, ‘KBS World’.
She has had an admiration for the Korean language, culture, and music industry, and in particular for the genre “K-pop” since 2008. She also started learning the language ever since, and is considered to be at an Advanced level.
Eman worked at the American University in Cairo as a TA under the music department, with some of the best professors in the field. She also worked as a Music teacher and choir conductor at several international schools.
Eman loves working with different age groups and different personalities, and believes that every single person has an unleashed beautiful musical potential. And like with everything else in life that requires nourishment, care, and patience to flourish, the musical potential is no exception to that, as well.
Eman wants to help others discover their musical talents, and for them to be comfortable as they explore whichever talents and skills they may have. She finds joy in helping others with their journey to self-discovery, self-confidence, and self-love.
