أكبر مشكلة في الأفكار مش إننا مش عارفين نطلعها…
المشكلة إننا مش قادرين نشوفها قدامنا.

في السيشن، واحدة من المشاركات استخدمت الـ AI عشان تحوّل فكرة عن عالم الـ Anime وتجربة الـ Otakus من مجرد concept في دماغها لـ first draft تقدر تشوفه وتبني عليه فورًا.

وده بالظبط اللي بيعمله الـ AI في الابتكار.
بدل أسابيع تفكير، ممكن في ربع ساعة تطلع أول تصور.

وساعتها السؤال الحقيقي بيبدأ:
لو ده الـ first draft… إيه اللي ممكن يحصل لو طوّرناه أكتر؟ جرّبنا اتجاهات مختلفة؟ واخترنا الأفضل؟

الـ AI مش بيستبدل الإبداع…
هو بيبدأه أسرع.
وده جوهر AI Copilot Diploma: إنك تستخدم الـ AI عشان تفكر وتجرّب وتبني أسرع، مش بس تنتج أسرع.

في ناس كتير بتضيع فكرتها وهي بتحاول تشرح المشكلة.

تحكي تفاصيل كتير، قصص كتير، وسيناريوهات كتير… وفي الآخر اللي قدامها مش ماسك جوهر الفكرة.

في الجزء ده من السيشن، اتكلمنا عن مهارة مهمة جدًا:
إزاي تختصر المشكلة من غير ما تضيّع معناها.

يعني بدل ما تقعد تشرح كتير، تعرف تقول بوضوح:
إيه المشكلة؟
مين متأثر بيها؟
إيه القرار أو الحل اللي محتاج يحصل؟
وإيه القيمة اللي هتتخلق لو الفكرة اتنفذت؟

لأن أحيانًا الفرق بين فكرة تتقبل وفكرة تترفض مش في جودة الفكرة نفسها…
لكن في طريقة عرضها.

لو عرفت تشرح المشكلة صح، وتوصل جوهرها في وقت قصير، فرصتك في بيع الفكرة هتزيد جدًا.

الـ Prompt لوحده مش دايمًا كفاية.

ممكن تكتب Prompt طويل، وتحط constraints كتير، وتشرح المطلوب بالتفصيل… وبرضه كل مرة الـ AI يطلعلك output بشكل مختلف.

وده ممكن يبقى مقبول لو بتجرب فكرة.
لكن مش عملي لو بتبني حاجة بتتسلم لكلاينت، Proposal، Dashboard، Report، أو أي output لازم يطلع بنفس الجودة، نفس الترتيب، ونفس الـ structure كل مرة.

في الجزء ده من السيشن، اتكلمنا عن فكرة الـ Skills.

إزاي بدل ما تسيب الـ AI يفكر كل مرة هيبدأ منين وهيشتغل إزاي، تديه workflow ثابت يمشي عليه كل مرة.

نفس الخطوات.
نفس المنطق.
نفس طريقة التنفيذ.
ونتيجة ثابتة كل مرة

تخيل إنك فاكر إن الـ AI بدأ لما ChatGPT ظهر.

بس الحقيقة إن الذكاء الاصطناعي كان موجود حوالينا من زمان… بس بشكل أقل وضوحًا.

قبل ما يبقى عندنا Tools بنكتب لها Prompt وترد علينا، كان في Algorithms شغالة كل يوم بتراقب سلوكنا، تفهم اختياراتنا، وتبني عننا Profiles دقيقة جدًا من غير ما نحس.

كل Scroll بتعمله.
كل فيديو بتقف عنده 3 ثواني زيادة.
كل إعلان تتجاهله.
كل منتج تفتحه وترجع تقفله.
كل Timing بتفتح فيه App معين.
كل سرعة Swipe.
كل Click صغير.

كل ده بالنسبة للـ AI مش تصرفات عشوائية… دي Data Points.

ومع الوقت، الـ Data Points دي بتتحول لـ Patterns.
والـ Patterns بتتحول لتوقعات.
والتوقعات دي هي اللي بتخلي Platform تعرف تعرضلك إعلان في توقيت تحس فيه إنك “كنت لسه بتفكر في الموضوع”.

بس هو مش بيقرأ أفكارك.
هو بيقرأ سلوكك.

الفكرة مش إن Facebook أو TikTok عرفوا فكرة واحدة من دماغك وسط آلاف الأفكار.
الفكرة إنهم عندهم Profile كافي عنك يخليهم يعرفوا إيه الاحتمالات الأقرب إنك تهتم بيها دلوقتي.

زي الأم اللي ممكن تعرف ابنها محتاج إيه من غير ما يتكلم، مش لأنها بتقرأ أفكاره، لكن لأنها عندها عنه Context وسنين من الملاحظة.
كل ما الـ context زاد، التوقع بقى أدق.

وده بالضبط اللي بيحصل مع الـ AI.

إحنا مش مجرد Users على الإنترنت.
إحنا Data Points ماشية على الأرض.

كل حركة بنعملها بتضيف سطر جديد في Profile بيتبني عننا:
إحنا بنحب إيه، بنخاف من إيه، بنشتري إمتى، بنتردد فين، بنقرر بسرعة في أنهي لحظة، وبنتأثر بأنهي نوع من �
