“عندك 1000 CV ومش لاقي الشخص المناسب؟”

دي مش مشكلة عدد.

دي مشكلة quality.

بعض الشركات بتقيس نجاح الـ recruitment بعدد الـ applications اللي وصلت.

لكن السؤال الأهم:

كام واحد فعلاً مناسب؟

الـ Recruitment الناجح مش معناه تجيب أكبر عدد من الـ CVs.

معناه إنك توصل للمرشح اللي عنده:

* Required skills
* Right experience
* Behavioral fit

“إحنا بننزل Job Post ومفيش candidates مناسبة!”

بس الحقيقة إن المشكلة غالبًا مش في السوق ولا في قلة الـ candidates.

المشكلة في الـ Recruitment process نفسه.
