Aria Ventures was pleased to visit the Agriculture Faculty at Mansoura University, where we participated in a workshop focused on investing in innovative bioproducts and strengthening the connection between scientific research and industry.

uring the visit, our team toured the faculty's research laboratories, while Dr. Wael Rashidy shared insights on technology commercialization, innovation, and investment opportunities. The event also included evaluating researchers' projects, highlighting the promising innovations emerging from the university and their potential for real-world impact.

The visit concluded with constructive discussions on future collaboration, with both parties to establish a strategic partnership that accelerates research commercialization and supports Egypt's innovation ecosystem.

We thank the Faculty of Agriculture, Mansoura University, for their warm hospitality and look forward to building a strong and impactful collaboration.

At Business Development Institute's "BDI Connect 2026", Dr. Wael Rashidy represented Aria Ventures in the panel discussion "To Raise or Not To Raise," where industry leaders explored one of the most critical decisions founders face: whether external funding is the right path for their business.

Alongside distinguished stakeholders from Egypt's innovation ecosystem, Dr. Wael Rashidy shared insights on investment readiness, funding strategies, and the importance of helping founders distinguish between common misconceptions and the realities of venture investment.
