في إطار تعزيز بيئة العمل الإيجابية ونشر ثقافة الاحترام والتعاون داخل مواقع العمل، شهد موقع رشيد ⁠ التابع لشركة BP تنظيم محاضرة توعوية مميزة بعنوان “مكافحة التنمر والعنصرية والتمييز”، وذلك بحضور عدد من العاملين وأفراد الأمن والإداريين بالموقع.
وقام بإلقاء المحاضرة اللواء كريم فوزي والمهندس محمد سويفي، حيث تناولا أهمية ترسيخ قيم الاحترام المتبادل والمساواة داخل بيئة العمل، مع التأكيد على رفض جميع أشكال التنمر أو التمييز العنصري لما لها من تأثير سلبي على الأداء المهني والاستقرار النفسي للعاملين.
كما استعرض المحاضران عددًا من المواقف العملية والأساليب الحديثة للتعامل مع السلوكيات السلبية داخل مواقع العمل، بالإضافة إلى توضيح دور كل فرد في دعم بيئة عمل آمنة قائمة على التعاون والانضباط المهني.

As part of ongoing efforts to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, a valuable awareness seminar titled “Combating Bullying, Racism, and Discrimination” was recently held at BP site.
The seminar was delivered by Major General Karim Fawzy and Engineer Mohamed Swefy, who highlighted the importance of fostering mutual respect, equality, and professionalism among all security guard. They emphasized that bullying, racism, and any form of discrimination have serious negative impacts on both individual well-being and overall workplace productivity.

شهدت المحاضرة حضور عدد من أفراد الأمن والمسؤولين عن أنظمة المراقبة، حيث استعرض المهندس محمد سويفي أهمية الاستخدام الأمثل لأنظمة الكاميرات في متابعة الأحداث لحظيًا، ورصد أي مخالفات أو تهديدات محتملة، بما يساهم في تعزيز مستوى الأمان داخل الموقع.
