We’re delighted to announce the successful completion of Pose CX, a new 4,000 m² BPO call center facility at Burj Al Arab, Alexandria.
This fast-paced office fit-out reflects the close coordination, detailed planning, and strong cost control to deliver a high-capacity operational environment aligned with Pose CX programme and budget. From early-stage planning through to handover, the focus was on maintaining momentum, managing interfaces between disciplines, and ensuring smooth ex*****on on site within an accelerated timeline.
We were pleased to provide post contract Project Management and Cost Management services, overseeing programme, procurement, budget performance, and overall project coordination to help turn the vision into a fully operational workplace.
