Competition Focus:

Calling all change-makers! We're seeking climate change interventions in:​
-GreenHouse Gas Emission Mitigation​
-Biodynamic Agriculture​
-Waste management and recycling​
-Small- Scale Renewable Energy​
-Halting Desertification​

Application Criteria:

-A team of 2-4 eco-warriors aged 21-35, residents of Egypt.
-Bring us your solid ideas, technical proficiency, and a 3-min video showing us how you'll change the climate game.

Financial and Technical Support:

Pool of financial and inkind support totaling 2 Million EGP.​
This total value will be distributed among 5 winners, providing them with a combination of support and valuable services, such as financial support, technical mentorship, and other essential resources to expand their success.

The deadline for submissions is midnight on January 20th

مستعد لتغيير أزمة المناخ؟ ​

إنضم لمسابقة التغير المناخي "UniGreen"، بتمويل من الاتحاد الأوروبي، بقيادة مؤسسة صناع الحياة، والأكاديمية العربية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا والنقل البحري وبتنفيذ من رواد النيل، بالشراكة مع سامسونج وجامعة النيل وشراكات حكومية أخرى.

تعمل Unigreen على تمكين الشباب المصري من إطلاق العنان لإبداعاتهم ومعالجة أزمة تغير المناخ بشكل مختلف.

المسارات التي تدعمها المسابقة: ​

-التخفيف من انبعاثات الغازات الدفيئة .​
-الزراعة الحيوية .​
-إدارة النفايات وإعادة تدويرها.​
-الطاقة المتجددة.​
-مكافحة التصحر.​

شروط الالتحاق: ​

-أن تكون فريق مقيم بمصر، مكون من 2-4 أفراد تتراوح أعمارهم بين 21 و35 عامًا. ​
-المشاركة تكون عن طريق تقديم فكرة قوية لها طابع تقني، ومقطع فيديو سريع مدته 3 دقائق بحد اقصى يوضح لنا كيف ستغير أزمة المناخ!​

الدعم المالى والتقني :​

مجموع الدعم المالي والعيني بإجمالي 2 مليون جنيه .
سيتم توزيع الإجمالي على 5 فائزين، مما يوفر لهم مجموعة من الدعم والخدمات القيمة، مثل الدعم المالي والإرشاد الفني والموارد الأساسية الأخرى لتعزيز نجاحهم.​

As technology advances and consumer trends change, product management is an ever-evolving field. The skills required to be an effective product manager in 2021 may not be the same as those in 2023. As such, training programs for product management need to be regularly updated to ensure that they stay updated with the most recent industry standards. That is what happened in our training program for product management track in capacity building program cycle # 5. Moreover, this track ranged from understanding customer needs and developing data-driven strategies to leveraging new technologies and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Through the product management track, conducted by Mr. Kamal Taman Business, product developer, and strategist with more than 9 years of experience in cellular networks, IOT, and projects realization. Students participated in core sessions on What is the difference between product and solution? What is the product life cycle and lean life cycle ? and discovered the 5 phases which guide the new product development process for small businesses: first idea generation which it is the initial phase to know Problems ,opportunity identification and initial product proposal,were followed by second and third phases of screening and analysis which defining initial 3Ps (target persona, place, product) , and concept development which Roadmap creation strategy o Roadmap management , then fourth phase product development which is called also Go to Market it is E2E product process management o Final Value proposition o Launch preparations and so on , last but not least, Roadmap management. Product KPIs and OKRs were discussed. How does a product manager act and look? and employment options for product managers.

Thanks to all participants and Mr Kamal Taman who worked very hard and pushed each other everyday to become better.

The world is more interconnected than ever - and successful managers must understand how to operate in an international organisational environment. In the Business Development track cycle #5 with the NP Explore capacity building program , at the end of the track participants built on theoretical knowledge, solidify practical skills and broaden your understanding of business and culture across the globe.
The course has a number of goals for the development of generic competences. After completing the course, the participants were able to:

- Learn the strategies, policies and practices of responsible business development for new or existing businesses
- Gain insight into the best practices for managing and inspiring employees and colleagues
- Master the processes of sustainable business performance
Explore the values, etiquette and business environments of other cultures
- What is personnel development/ human resources development and how to Strengthen leadership skills
