في ناس كتير فاكرة إن مشكلة التدريب في الشركات هي “المحتوى”.

لكن الحقيقة؟
أكبر مشكلة إن أغلب الموظفين بيخرجوا من التدريب… ويرجعوا يشتغلوا بنفس الطريقة.

لا الأداء اتغير
ولا النتائج اتحسنت
ولا حتى طريقة التفكير اختلفت

وده لأن التدريب لو اتفصل عن الواقع، بيتحول لمجرد معلومات مؤقتة.

الـ L&D الحقيقي مش إنه يقدّم Session كويسة وبس،
لكن إنه يعرف:

* إيه المهارة اللي ناقصة فعلًا
* وإزاي يربط التدريب بالشغل الحقيقي
* وإزاي يقيس إذا كان في تغيير حصل ولا لا

لأن الهدف مش إن الناس “تحضر تدريب”
الهدف إن الشغل نفسه يتحسن بعده.

وده الفرق بين Training بيتعمل و Learning فعلاً بيحصل.

That’s what we focused on in the “Communicate to Influence” program with the team at Suez Canal Container Terminal over three dynamic days.

Over the sessions, participants explored how to align message, intent, and delivery to drive better conversations and stronger outcomes.✔

This wasn’t our first collaboration, and it continues to reflect how consistent investment in people leads to real progress.
