هناك مؤشر بسيط يكشف الكثير عن نضج الفريق: ماذا يحدث للقرارات عندما لا يكون المدير متاحًا؟

إذا توقفت نسبة كبيرة من القرارات حتى يعود المدير، فقد تكون المشكلة في طريقة توزيع الصلاحيات أكثر من قدرة الفريق على اتخاذ القرار.

فالمدير يحتاج إلى توضيح ثلاثة مستويات:
Decide: قرارات يستطيع الفريق اتخاذها بصورة مستقلة.
Consult: قرارات تتطلب التشاور قبل تنفيذها.
Escalate: قرارات يجب تصعيدها إلى مستوى إداري أعلى.

عندما تكون هذه الحدود غير واضحة، يبدأ الفريق في طلب الموافقة على تفاصيل كان يمكن حسمها بصورة أسرع.
والنتيجة؟
وقت أطول للتنفيذ، ضغط أكبر على المدير، واعتماد مستمر عليه في القرارات اليومية.
لذلك، فإن تطوير المدير في التفويض والتمكين واتخاذ القرار لا ينعكس على أدائه وحده؛ بل على سرعة حركة الفريق بالكامل.

تشير بيانات LinkedIn Learning الى أن 47٪ يقولون ان المديرين لا يقدمون الدعم الكافي للتعلّم داخل العمل.
وده يلفت الانتباه لحقيقة مهمة:
أثر التعلّم لا يعتمد فقط على جودة البرنامج، بل أيضًا على ما يحدث بعده داخل الفريق.

الدعم، المتابعة، والمساحة التي يمنحها المدير للتطبيق، كلها عوامل تصنع فرقًا كبيرًا.
