تعلن شركة اوتاد للتطوير العقارى عن حاجتها لتعيين مدير مشروعات للعمل على مشروعات مولات تجارية
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
خريج كلية الهندسة (عمارة أو مدني)
خبرة سابقة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في إدارة المشروعات
خبرة عملية في مشروعات مولات تجارية أو كومباوندات
إجادة إعداد ومتابعة الجداول الزمنية وخطط التنفيذ
القدرة على إدارة فرق العمل والتنسيق بين الاستشاريين والمقاولين
متابعة الجودة، التكاليف، والالتزام بالمواعيد
مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية قوية
إجادة استخدام برامج الهندسة وإدارة المشروعات(AutoCAD – Excel)
المهام الوظيفية:
إدارة المشروع من بداية التخطيط حتى التسليم
متابعة التنفيذ طبقًا للرسومات والمواصفات
إعداد التقارير الدورية للإدارة
التنسيق مع جميع الأطراف ذات الصلة بالمشروع
التأكد من الالتزام بالجودة والجدول الزمني والميزانية
مقر العمل:مقر المشروع بالمنيا الجديده
