"Engineering director” in high voltage substation
Manage, Plan and coordinate all design activities in H.V Substations design projects.
Oversee all activities in the engineering & projects department and provide guidelines to the subordinates within the engineering departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Assign the work in the Engineering department divisions (Electrical, Civil, Arch., Mechanical)
2.Schedule all the activities in all projects.
3.Monitor projects milestones and ensure delivery of services on time as scheduled.
4.Oversee the design work ensuring highest standard.
5.Identify the need for manpower based on the current and forecasted workload.
6.Meet the company's contractual obligations and the client's needs and expectation.
7.Directly responsible for implementation and maintenance of design control procedures, reporting on the performance of the engineering department and improving product designs.
8.Act professionally and with due diligence at all times to safeguard the interests of the company in all business activities.
9.Adhere to company quality system, Policies and procedures and oversee all unit personnel compliance.
10.Communicate effectively with the client to meet the client’s needs and satisfaction, Implement the client agreed resolution of all comments into documents produced.
11.Report Periodically technical and progress reporting to the CEO.
12.Perform any other duties and responsibilities, assigned by the CEO, which are not specifically mentioned in here above.
Position Requirements:
•Bachelors or Master’s degree in Electrical
•20+ years of experience in Electrical engineering with at least five (5) years as Engineering Manager.
•Sufficient knowledge of project management and tools required for this position.
•At least 10 years’ experience in the same filed in KSA
•Must have proven track record of accomplishments as leader design engineer on electrical projects and be capable of supervising and directing a team of engineers, designers, and support personnel.
•Advanced knowledge of H.V Substations electrical engineering and design and be familiar with applicable Codes and standards.
Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of employees, management, and Ability to organize work, set priorities and meet critical deadlines.

A Team leader in the field of LV/MV electrical distribution that specialized in designing Residential Industrial, commercial buildings, and Hospitals.
• The Candidate will be responsible for assigning the tasks to the electrical team and reviewing the Designs for these kinds of buildings.
• Leading and guiding the electrical team in achieving the department’s objective and continuous improvement.

Main Job Duties:
• Draw and Design Electrical drawings (Power, lighting, lighting control, low current systems, installation details, earthing, and lightning protection) and coordinate with other departments.
• Interpret engineering drawings for control panels and LV panels.

• Engineering drawings of Low voltage installations for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects, including Internal and external layouts, wiring diagrams, power riser, and single line diagram.

• Indoor and outdoor lighting calculations.
• Voltage Drop &Short Circuit calculations.
• Develop Electrical and ELV specifications, and conduct design reports.
• Risk assessment and calculations for Lighting protection and Earthing.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor of Electrical Engineering.
• 10-15 years of experience in Electrical design.
• Excellent AutoCAD skills.
• Good Microsoft Office.
• Good English Language
