مبصر هو عباره عن حزام سهل الارتداء للاشخاص المكفوفين والذى يساعدهم فى التحرك اثناء تنقلاتهم اليوميه بطريقه امنه وسهله بالاضافه انه ايضا من خلال الحزام الشخص المكفوف يستطيع ان يتعرف على اغلب العوائق التى من الممكن ان تقابله اثناء تحركه مثل (الباب ,السلالم ,الكرسى ,..) ويتم تنبيهه باماكن وجود تلك العوائق وايضا اسمائهااذا كانت ضمن اكثر العوائق التى يقابلها الشخص المكفوف والمسجله مسبقا على النظام الموجود بالحزام.
