Accounting & Finance Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Supervisor to lead day-to-day accounting operations, ensure timely month-end closing, deliver accurate financial reports, and support budgeting and forecasting activities. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and solid knowledge of IFRS (especially IFRS 15 & IFRS 16).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily accounting functions including AP, AR, Banks, GL, Payroll, Treasury.
Lead month-end closing and ensure accurate posting of accruals, journal entries, and reconciliations (check list).
Prepare management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis.
Support budget preparation, forecasting, and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, ZATCA Compliance (VAT, WHT, ZAKAT) and internal controls.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
Prepare and update month schedules (FA, Loans, Prepaid, Rental)
Lead, supervisor and mentor of the accounting team ensure tasks and deadlines are met.
Improve processes, support ERP enhancements (SAP / Oracle).
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Diploma/bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
Qualified or part qualified, Progressing (CMA, CPA, ACCA, etc.).
5–8 years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
Strong understanding of IFRS, especially IFRS 15 & 16.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience with SAP.
Bilingual – Arabic and English
Takes ownership, works under pressure, and delivers on time.
