🚨 Important Service Update – Non-Lucrative Visa Applications 🇪🇸

Due to recent changes in processing times at the ACRO Criminal Records Office, we will no longer be offering our Express Non-Lucrative Visa Package.

ACRO has increased its processing time to up to 30 working days, which means we can no longer guarantee an expedited service.

As a result, all initial Non-Lucrative Visa applications will now take approximately 6–8 weeks to prepare before they are ready for submission.

Unfortunately, this is completely outside of our control, but please be assured that our team will continue to process every application as quickly and efficiently as possible.

If you're considering applying for a Non-Lucrative Visa, please plan ahead. Demand for Spanish visas and supporting services is exceptionally high at the moment, and many organisations involved in the process are experiencing significant backlogs.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we continue to provide the highest level of service to all of our clients.

Today, our thoughts are with everyone affected by the devastating wildfires in Los Gallardos, Bédar and Lubrín.

We are deeply saddened to hear of the tragic loss of life. Our heartfelt condolences go out to their families, friends and all those affected by this unimaginable tragedy.

We also want to express our sincere gratitude to the incredible emergency services and volunteers working tirelessly on the ground and in the air. Thank you to Plan INFOCA, the Fire Service, UME, Guardia Civil, Policía, Protección Civil, medical teams and everyone involved in fighting the fire and supporting those affected.

We hope the fire can be brought under control and fully extinguished as soon as possible, and we stand with our local communities during this incredibly difficult time.
