📣🕵🏻‍♂️ SALVADOR TAX & LEGAL WIN A COURT CASE AGAINST THE TAX OFFICE
The Court declared null a fine imposed by the Tax Office.
👉🏻 A client of SALVADOR TAX & LEGAL was fined in the process of a tax verification relating to the Income Tax Return (penalty: 2,697.21 €).According to the point of view of our solicitor Juan Ignacio Velasquez, it was a penalty wrongfully imposed and he recommended that the client submit an appeal against it. After the administrative procedure we had to attend Court (TRIBUNAL SUPERIOR DE JUSTICIA DE ANDALUCÍA - SEDE GRANADA) to present the case (recurso contencioso-administrativo). The Court accepted our arguments and evidence and declared the Tax Office Resolution null and void because it was contrary to the law.
