Still smiling after last Friday's National Convention at the RCDE Stadium in Barcelona.

Over the last few days, I've been reflecting on the many conversations, encounters and ideas that emerged from the Mega Meeting.

What struck me most was the diversity: different sectors, different services, different professional journeys, all gathered with the same intention of building meaningful business relationships.

As an intercultural coach and soft-skills trainer, I left with many ideas on how to create stronger synergies across disciplines, perspectives and ways of working. Diversity becomes a real asset when we learn how to collaborate across it.

A special mention to my friend .barachet , who sponsored me into BNI, and to my fellows BNI Innova members , .esencial (Àngels Campà), (Jordi Fernández) and (Jordi Rotllan) with whom I shared part of this experience.

The conversations continue. 🚀

We have closed the last workshops of the year with (Barcelona
campus) students.
This year, I had the joy of working with Bachelor 1 students on motivation, interests
and passions, career dreams and goals, first internship choices, CV building, and elevator pitch preparation.

With Bachelor 3 students, we explored personal branding, stress and resilience, Career Fair preparation, and what it means to be a responsible manager and team member.

It has been a pleasure to accompany students at the beginning of their careers, right at that powerful moment when many things are still possible.

I believe this work matters because careers should not be built on autopilot. Reflection matters. Self-awareness matters. Asking “why am I doing this?” matters. Sharing ideas with others matters too.

Thank you to all the students for their presence and honesty.

Happy to share that we ran a fresh, experiential workshop co-created and facilitated with at the Barcelona Finance Hub by Aticco.

We explored how to make decisions under pressure, alone and together.
Participants observed how they feel, react and think through colours, experimenting with new ways to reach clarity and confidence.

We use colour, visual thinking and body movement to empower people to decide, connect and grow.

Thank you Finance Hub by Aticco for the invitation and to all participants for their openness and curiosity.

Signed by The Kiwi Lab – a living lab for creativity, radical collaboration and innovation.

September is the month of conciliation.

For many families, this means a juggling act:
two parents working 40 hours a week, children starting a new school cycle, and the eternal question of how to balance it all.

Not long ago, in many countries across Europe, kids only went to school in the morning. Now, schools run both morning and afternoon, giving parents more room to work full time. Yet the equation is still unsolved.

The balance stays tense, especially in the first weeks of nursery or kindergarten, when schools ask parents to accompany their children in the adaptation process. Wonderful for the kids! Challenging for the parents.

Some families rely on grandparents. Others hire babysitters. But many can only turn to their community, their tribe, often other parents navigating the same path.

This is where solidarity and creativity come in. And also, where cultural differences surface: what conciliation means in France may not be the same in the Netherlands, China or India.

👉 Do you struggle to find your own work–life balance?
👉 Does your team struggle to reach consensus on this?
👉 In multicultural teams, how do you negotiate the balance across different cultural expectations?

I’d love to hear your thoughts.

I just wrapped up my first year as a career coach at - Barcelona campus.

Until now, I had mostly worked with entrepreneurs and companies. So accompanying students through their job search, CVs, and interviews was a brand-new experience for me and a meaningful one.

I had the chance to guide 3rd-year bachelor and master students, follow up on some of their internships, and, most importantly, listen to their stories. Their energy and enthusiasm were contagious.

A special thanks to Delphine Arnau for creating such a thoughtful career program, and to Claudia Sanchez Lopez for her precious support in all the logistics.

Excited to meet new students after the summer break!

Do you enjoy your work meetings?

Many of my clients say they find them boring, endless... pointless.

Why?

👉 Because when decisions are made before the meeting, the meeting becomes a space to give instructions from the top.
👉 Because when no one really listens, everyone stays in their own tunnel of ideas, and reaching any kind of agreement is impossible.

A meeting is not the place to repeat what everyone already knows.
A meeting is where things get decided, where perspectives meet, where something new emerges.

And listening? It’s not just nodding.
It’s stepping out of your shoes and into someone else’s, even just for a few minutes.

That’s why in very vertical, top-down organisations, meetings often lose their meaning.
Transforming how you meet is the first step to unleashing collective intelligence.

Here’s a challenge for you today:
📸 Take a picture of your face right before a meeting and drop it in the comments 👇
(Like I did with this post.)

Shall we humanise meetings, one face at a time?

Walking in the sand on the beach. It’s the mindset that I use when I facilitate a board meeting.

Meetings almost never follows the planned course. As a coach, you adapt to every movement of the grains of sand, you look sometime at the sand to understand if there is a little or big hole, to decide to pool more or less with your feet, to bend or extend your legs. At other times, you look towards the horizon, to inspire yourself and feel calm and coherent inviting the board’s members to do the same.

Even if the wind is strong and the sea is stormy, it’s worth the walk on the beach. When differences among the board’s members are emerging, as a coach, you breathe in and breathe out, feel deeply the smell of the sea and the pressure of the air in your body, you are there inviting the board’s member to feel as they were walking together in the sand on the beach.

If the wind is strong and the sea is stormy in your board, let’s have a call: Link in Bio.

Today marks the closing of the “𝐀𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐩𝐬” programme in Mallorca, organized by Innsomnia Business Accelerator in collaboration with EOI Business School (Escuela de Organización Industrial) and funded by the European Union – Next Generation EU.

Over the past 3 months, I had the privilege of mentoring 𝟏𝟎 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐩𝐬. We explored the purpose behind their projects, defined their mission, vision, and values, challenged assumptions around ethics and sustainability, stepped into their clients’ shoes, refined their services, designed pricing strategies and sales funnels, shaped their launch plans and marketing roadmaps, and crafted the storytelling and pitches to reach clients and investors with impact.

💡 I learned so much from them about their industries, their challenges, and above all, their passion to create something new and meaningful.

Every founder had a story. A reason. A way of looking at the world.

It was a pleasure to help tend the sails and navigate this adventure with:
🔹Marie-Caroline Lucat – Architecture & branding photographer, capturing the essence of spaces and brands
🔹GRUPO AUDITAE (Víctor Mora Borrás) – Consulting firm specialized in compliance and regulatory frameworks
🔹Wild Dala Winery (Daniela Ivanova Todorova) – Wine supplier and experience creator for luxury ships and tastings
🔹Joana Maria Umbert Salas – Authentic digital communication with a human touch
🔹José Campaner - Innovative technology that generates water from air
🔹Investhinks (Joan E. Capellà) – Smart investment platform to democratize financial decision-making
🔹Marina Castelló Rigo & ANDREA MICHIELAN (Respira) – Transformative experiences for awareness and personal growth
🔹Falconery Lorenzo – Multifunctional real estate app to empower real estate advisors
🔹Lara Navarro Verde – Spa experience focused on holistic well-being

A big thank you to 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐧𝐢𝐚 for trusting in my experience and knowledge for this edition of the programme.

Wishing you all courage and perseverance for what’s next 🚀

Let your ideas fly, and don’t forget: the journey matters as much as the destination.

I'm excited to share that I’ve joined   as a Business Coach, offering coaching in French, Italian, and Spanish to professionals all over the world.

Speexx is more than a global digital learning platform: it’s a space that values quality, diversity, and true human development within organizations. I feel deeply aligned with its mission.

My approach to coaching is guided by this metaphor (I’m borrowing it from Diego Guerrero) that has become a personal compass:

🌊 Before you lies a vast ocean, and you are the captain of the ship.
You sail through waves filled with challenges and opportunities, under sails moved by ever-shifting winds. Sometimes the sea is calm, sometimes it’s wild. But always, you are at the helm, choosing your course.

🌍 Every journey will have purpose. Every destination will be the natural next step in the map of your professional life. Are you ready to set sail?
