Today marks the closing of the “𝐀𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐩𝐬” programme in Mallorca, organized by Innsomnia Business Accelerator in collaboration with EOI Business School (Escuela de Organización Industrial) and funded by the European Union – Next Generation EU.
Over the past 3 months, I had the privilege of mentoring 𝟏𝟎 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐩𝐬. We explored the purpose behind their projects, defined their mission, vision, and values, challenged assumptions around ethics and sustainability, stepped into their clients’ shoes, refined their services, designed pricing strategies and sales funnels, shaped their launch plans and marketing roadmaps, and crafted the storytelling and pitches to reach clients and investors with impact.
💡 I learned so much from them about their industries, their challenges, and above all, their passion to create something new and meaningful.
Every founder had a story. A reason. A way of looking at the world.
It was a pleasure to help tend the sails and navigate this adventure with:
🔹Marie-Caroline Lucat – Architecture & branding photographer, capturing the essence of spaces and brands
🔹GRUPO AUDITAE (Víctor Mora Borrás) – Consulting firm specialized in compliance and regulatory frameworks
🔹Wild Dala Winery (Daniela Ivanova Todorova) – Wine supplier and experience creator for luxury ships and tastings
🔹Joana Maria Umbert Salas – Authentic digital communication with a human touch
🔹José Campaner - Innovative technology that generates water from air
🔹Investhinks (Joan E. Capellà) – Smart investment platform to democratize financial decision-making
🔹Marina Castelló Rigo & ANDREA MICHIELAN (Respira) – Transformative experiences for awareness and personal growth
🔹Falconery Lorenzo – Multifunctional real estate app to empower real estate advisors
🔹Lara Navarro Verde – Spa experience focused on holistic well-being
A big thank you to 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐧𝐢𝐚 for trusting in my experience and knowledge for this edition of the programme.
Wishing you all courage and perseverance for what’s next 🚀
Let your ideas fly, and don’t forget: the journey matters as much as the destination.
