The rankings are determined based on the scores obtained with each award. Point system is as follows:
Titanium: 20 pts
Grand Prix: 16 pts
Gold: 12 pts
Silver: 8 pts
Bronze: 4 pts
Honorable Mention: 2 pts

Should there be a tie in the ranking, the higher position is given to the agency that has obtained the superior award. Should there also be a tie based on this criteria, the median score averages by the jury will be reviewed for a final tiebreaker. If there are cases that were the best in their respective subcategories and were considered for gold, they will also take priority in the event of a tie.

The Saniss Awards, the international festival that celebrates excellence in advertising, communications, and creativity in the health, pharma and wellness industries, officially announced the winners of its 2026 edition.

Selection of the Grand Prix took place on June 4 at the Renaissance Hotel in Barcelona. Following the evaluation, the Saniss judges were joined by brands, winners and industry leaders for a networking dinner and cocktail. The gathering also included a forum, “Healthy Creative Communications: A challenge for brands, agencies and the media,” featuring 3 influential advertisers from Spain’s health sector.

Saniss continued its agenda in Santiago de Chile, on June 11 in Santiago de Chile, where a regional networking event was held for jurors, winners, and marketing managers in Latin America.

The Agency Grey Health New York, swept the competition in the fourth edition of the Saniss Awards

At the 2026 edition of the Saniss Awards, Grey Health NY was named Agency of the Year, thanks to its outstanding case “Louder Than Cancer” for Amazon Music, obtaining 72 points, winning a Grand Prix and a Titanium. The Network of the Year is also Grey, thanks to the successful participation of the agencies GREY Tokyo, Grey Health NY, and Bruketa&Zinic&Grey. BBDO came in second place, and closing out the podium was the VML network, which came in a third place with 28 pts.

Amazon Music was named The Brand of the Year. The Bloc (28 pts) was named Independent Network of the Year. The Spanish agency Manifiesto was recognized as the Indie Agency of the Year, while BAM, also from Spain, was named Independent Health Agency of the Year.

The Saniss Awards, the international festival that celebrates excellence in advertising, communications, and creativity in the health, pharma and wellness industries, officially announced the winners of its 2026 edition.

Saniss’ fourth edition enjoyed the participation of agencies and brands from countries such as the United States, Canada, India, the United Kingdom, Spain, Brazil, Italy, Argentina, Croatia, Colombia, Chile, China and Denmark, as well as many other markets, once again establishing Saniss as one of the most relevant global awards platforms for Health & Wellness creativity.

The winners of this year’s edition were determined by a select team of 95 jurors, including Anna Ewer (Director of PR & Social, Clue), Francisco Montoya (General Director, VML Health), Indraneel Sinha (Marketing Lead – Strategic Marketing Intelligence, Medtronic), Yan Fossat (SVP, Digital Health R&D, Klick Applied Sciences / Klick Health) and Adam Lach-Szyrma (Executive Creative Director, Omnicom Health Medical Communications).
